I purchase home internet on the 28th Oct so far I’ve had nothing but trouble. Ive called almost every day with problems. Ive been told they are working on towers, they are working on towers but not mine. I was told wait until Friday and if it doesn't clear up call back. Today I was told it doesn't work because my area is too congested. What am I supposed to do?

That’s what they always tell me. I think it’s just a stock answer. The fact is, this internet isn’t that great, and the app totally sucks.
