Slow data speed (400 KBPS) zipcode 60502

Having slow data speed on all my phones I am 8 lines since May this year. After repeated calls to customer support no resolution so far. They have opned a case with engineering last week but no update. 


Any help on where/how to escalate the issue ?

contact their T-Force team via Facebook or Twitter..usually better results and if memory serves they are a tier or two above the call in agents you get starting off.


Cant find T-force on the facebook but posted on the facebook Tmobile page. Let see

If they can't help, I suggest  a call to escalate to Office of Executive Management,  this can be done through BBB.  You can get a written response through fcc or.your puc
