Suddenly no coverage at home

Hi T-Force and community!

For the last 2 days my coverage at home has been next to non-existent.

I never had any trouble in the last 2 years, always having H+. I live in the Upper Eastside of Manhattan.

Now I get 1-2 bars E, then nothing, then 1 bar H, then H+ for 2min and then nothing again.

I restarted my phone (Galxy S5, Android 5.0) several times, checked the settings, all to no avail.

Wow, we'd like you to go back to being trouble-free for sure @gfkr. I did some checking and couldn't find any reports of coverage mishaps in that location. You can get in touch with T-Force by signing into the Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ links below.They'll have the resources to get a Service Request put in for your area and have this investigated.
