This happens when I try to call Canada from the U.S. My prepaid plan is all paid up. Is Canada no longer included in prepaid plans? I’ve tried to get help from customer service but nobody seems to be able to help me.

There are some area codes up in the northern territories of Canada that are not included. What area code in Canada are you trying to call? Please do not include the phone number. Just the area code.
The area code is 236.

British Columbia should be fine. Victoria is on Vancouver Island but that should still be fine.
Thanks, that’s what I figured because it’s never been a problem before, but nobody at T-Mobile seems to be able to help me. I guess it’s time to switch phone companies. 🤷🏼♀️
