Why is the out of service area icon displayed on my phone even though I am at home?

I connected to the network by going to another location.

Hmm, that's kinda strange it would do that @dellapc but we can help figure this out for you.

What kind of phone are you using? You could start by turning the phone off and removing the SIM card for a moment. After that, you could put it back in the phone and see if that icon goes away after you turn the phone back on.

If you head back home, are you able to reconnect to T-Mobile there?

Yes. I was able to connect to the T-Mobile network at the other site and it carried over to my home address.
