This is an issue we'd need to have reported to our Tech team so that a trouble ticket can be filed. That will alert our Engineers to the issue, so that they can review the site that went out along with your power and see what might be happening. I understand that without service it may not have been possible to reach out yesterday, but have you had a chance to Community-2153 since?
