Hello, I just recently switched Alcatel folder phone to Samsung Folder Phone G150 by mvoing SIM card from Alcaltel to G150.
While I used Alcatel, I set unconditional call forwarding and I forgot to deactivate it before moving the SIM card to G150.
And I cannot find any Menu options for deactivating it on Samsung phone.
So I tried to move the SIM card from new Samsung phone to Alcatel to reset it. But Alcatel phone shows the call forwarding option is set as invalid.
Can anyone help me how to deactivate it on my new Samsung phone?
Thank you so uch in advance for any help, - ji

If you can't find the menu item, enter "##21#" on the keypad and hit send. (Without the quotes.)
