US customer service

I am getting super frustrated and annoyed that every time I call even during business hours I have to speak to someone who does not speak English I’ve never had this problem with T-Mobile before and I hope this gets fixed as soon as possible I need to be able to communicate With someone living in the same country as me not some Third World country paid pennies on the dollar to not be able to communicate with me

That is odd but could depend on a few things.  Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?  Pretty much all of the prepaid has been routed overseas to help save costs and offer more value for money for prepaid customers.  If you are a postpaid customer, you should get someone within the US.  If you do not, then there is probably a reason for that.  Have you tried blocking your number when calling Customer Care or calling the international toll-free to people calling from T-Mobile lines number to see if you get someone within the US to help you?
