When connecting to the Wifi network, the network security key is the wifi password. The default password is usually on the gateway or router you are using. Those passwords can be updated after setting up the device, so they would be whatever you changed them to.

Look for the Wi-Fi password on the sticker on the back of the gateway or router.
I have entered the wi-fi password 10+ times off the tag on the back of the Gateway. Every time is says the network security key is wrong. Way too much time has been wasted!!

You might have to hit the reset button on the back of the gateway, and then try again...that should reset the password back to the default.
