white listing

My husband has a current open ticket that has still not been resolved.He has called numerous time, was told it’s been escalated to Engineering but still no resolution. Messages from a certain domain are being blocked. He has asked to have it whitelisted but the issue is still happening. He’s a critical employee and needs this for his work. We’ve been with T-mobile for over 18 years and are probably going to have to switch carriers since it’s imperative that he has this option available for work. Any suggestions on what can be done? He’s losing patience!
