I originally had the Franklin t9 which worked for about 11 months, then suddenly it stopped working, needing to switch the sim card to work for online gaming. Then it started becoming a daily ordeal.
So I decided to pay off the device and get a new one since for some stupid reason theres no fixing the device. I just got the T10 yesterday, and it worked, but today it again wont let me play online games. Im on the same spot I was on yesterday, so literally nothing changed. except the brand new franklin t10 stopped working for online gaming on the next day (like the t9).
To sum it up, it worked for months, then suddenly it starts only working every time I changed my sim card. And Ive changed my device from Franklin T9 to Franklin T10.
Why cant I play online games using my franklin T9/T10?
