why has my service declined

Starting about 4 weeks ago I started to notice a decline in service at my workplace. I went from having 4 bars to only having 2 bars and service is very spotting. I currently have a iPhone 11. If this continues I may have to switch carriers as phone data is very important to talk to client within whatsapp.
