I have been trying to log into Zelle to make a transaction and as a secondary security I receive a code to log in for 2 factor authentication.
I have not received any codes.
- I have ensured all short codes are unblocked
- I called Zelle to make sure they were sending.
- I rebooted my phone and also tried the airplane mode trick.
- I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app.
I called customer support at TMO and they said they see the messages in a buffer and don’t know why they’re not being received and said it must be Zelle. Zelle says the messages are going out and it must be T-Mobile. Anyone have pointers?
