46 LTE cellspot won't connect

My old cellspot died and after playing around with customer service finally got them to send me a new one.   The new one refuses to connect and I assume it was not activated….keep rebooting etc and no luck.  Support chat isn’t showing up for me even though I used it the other day.

I had a similar experience. After speaking to a rep over Facebook messenger, she discovered the Personal Cellspot didn't have the address of the location where I was using it spelled correctly. She made the changes and reset the system on TMo's end and then the Cellspot worked.
