My cellspot is hissing (fan noise) and won’t connect to anything. The power and the Internet are only flashing (green and yellow respectively). All the other lights are off. I have hit the reset button (maybe a little over an hour ago) but no go. Its been like this all weekend.
I need the cellspot as I only get 1 bar in the house. Had this device since 2018 and its been flawless until now.
Suggestions?
Don't just hit the reset button. Unplug the unit also.
Did that first, no change and then hit reset after about 5-10 minutes. Haven’t unplugged since hitting reset
As you know electronics have a EOLD this one might have come upon his. Hope you get this issue figured out.
It wouldn’t be an issue if TMO could actually upgrade the radios around here. then I wouldn’t need this device
