CellSpot v2 Update Email - How?

I got an email asking me to update my CellSpot:

I have a CellSpot V2 SS2FII Femtocell Multi-Band SOHO, manufactured by Nokia. It is connected to my home internet. The light is blinking green, indicating LTE traffic going through it. If I turn it off, my LTE service vanishes. So I think it's working fine.

Which says nothing about updating it.

The femtocell version doesn't have a wifi network, so how am I supposed to update it?

My CellSpot is not working, i try to reset with the button in the back but nothing happen, is there another way to reset ?? PLEASE ADVICE.

Great question -- I'm sorry the email was confusing, but I can help sort this out. The reason for the email is because the security license expires Feb 2020. If your CellSpot is currently working, that means the update was installed and you're good to go. 😊  

I received the same message and the link takes me to the same page.


Keep getting messages stating that I will be charged for not returning he cellspot.
