Contacts: Alcatel GO Flip Import\Export

I am trying to export the contacts from my Flip Phone, merge\clean them and reimport them.

I was successful performing this task with my old Samsung 8.

I followed instructions on the TMobile site for the Alcatel. However the export options are all grayed out. Can anyone help?  I need to do the export before the Import.

[Contacts] [Options] [Settings]

When I select [Export]  I get 2 options

1. ‘Memory Card’:Grayed Out not selectable
2. ‘Bluetooth’:Grayed Out not selectable

When I select [Import]  I get 3 options

1. ‘Memory Card’:Grayed Out not selectable
2. ‘GMail’:      Not imported
3. ‘Outlook’:   Not imported
