Magic Jack VOIP over T-Mobile home internet works mostly but parties at the other end receive chopped up words from my end. Especially on long distance calls.
Changed to T-Mobile all-home internet last year. Previously used telephone line based Century Link for home phone and inet.. Switched to Magic Jack VOIP and inet only before finally abandoning Century Link for both phone and inet.Switched to T-Mobile home internet for complete wireless internet...no home phone line...just magic jack connected to either laptop or directly to T-mobile router. via cale. Works mostly fine except frequently callers on the other end receive chopped up words from me on my end. I can hear them perfectly...but half my words do not get to them. I have rebooted multi times….spent time online and on phone with T-Mobile service with no improvement...today had to reboot and wait for callback….return call never came...….HELP!!!!
My phone is less than 6 months old. My screen began with little green dots one week ago. Now the entire screen has bleed and touch is no longer operating. The screen does not respond. I cannot turn the phone on/off, answer calls, view anything. T-mobile cannot complete a warranty exchange because they can’t get a new Z Flip from Samsung > Samsung refuses to replace the phone b/c they said it has a scratch on it and tells me to pay $430 to repair the phone. Is this a common issue?

Is anyone experiencing a very hot Google pixel 7 when actively using it? I just got my phone 2 days ago, and if I do anything on it for more than 5 mins it gets crazy hot, and I can barely hold it. I am waiting for my case to come and hopefully, that will help but is this expected behavior? If not, how do you report this so it can be addressed by the Google developers?
Did T-Mobile use to have a website that you can Purchase Mobile Games, Ringtones, Wallpaper's, and Apps for Basic/Featured Phones on PC?
Hello T-Mobile Community, back in 2008 when T-Mobile introduce web2go customers can create a personalized home page for easy, one-click access to their favorite Web sites. The new service allows customers to visit virtually the entire Internet from their mobile phone, ensuring Web pages are easy to view and navigate. With access to the web2go marketplace included at no additional charge for customers with capable devices, customers can also browse and purchase the latest ringtones, games, wallpaper and mobile optimized applications and services to customize their phone. Further, a My Downloads feature enables certain applications, games and content that customers purchase to continue to be available to them when they upgrade to new phones.Did T-Mobile use to have a website that you can Purchase Mobile Games, Ringtones, Wallpaper's, Apps, and content for Basic/Featured Phones on PC?Is web2go shutdown & discontinued? Is it possible that current T-Mobile Customer back in the early 2010
While an older Kindle, a Dell LatitudeE6540, a Samsung SM-J7 and a newer Ipad will connect an older Ipad will not. I was wondering if it could be the setting to use one password for both the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz that is creating an issue with the older Ipad? Also it looks like once the Gateway is set to use one PW it may take a reset to get back to that screen. I’ve got the Samsung on the “Manage your Wi-Fi networks” screen but have waited as one user suggested w/o any change. Thank you.
I have had T-Mobile home internet for going on six months with the Nokia gateway. We have absolutely loved it. Until now. Haha a few weeks ago, it started shutting down randomly, so we had to reset it almost daily, sometimes multiple times per day. Got a replacement gateway sent. The replacement is showing three bars (two bars in enough for us to watch tv, surf, etc…anything we do…we are not gamers) three bars! It’s showing connected on my devices. But…..we have no internet. Nothing. Three bars showing, showing connected on my devices but no internet at all. I cannot load anything, nothing going on. We used it for about five months on the old gateway with no issues. We were so happy with it. So….can anyone help me? We’ve tried moving it, restarting it. Taking the SIM in and out. Maybe they are “working on the tower” however we have three bars showing on the gateway so I don’t think that’s it. Any insight would be greatly welcomed.
After setting my new Netgear Nighthawk M5 (MR5200) Mobile Router up with the fast.t-mobile.com APN, it never connects. The status just continually says “Searching for network, please wait...”The associates at my local T-Mobile store were unable to get it to connect either. This device shows as “fully compatible with T-Mobile’s network technology” and “device is not blocked from use on our network” when I use the T-Mobile IMEI checker. What am I missing here? Has anyone else gotten a M5 to connect to the T-Mobile APN?
I have had my m2000 for a long time and have had no issues with it till now.recently there was an over the air firmware update and i did not think much about it just clicked the button to do the upgrade. when it finished and rebooted I have lost all functionality and I have a screen showing “Final Assembly Test UI 1.0” further there are tests for charger control, lcd Test, TP Test , ResetB, and Accuracy.Clearly something has gone wrong and i don't know how to fix this or how to get it fixed.Any help would be super helpful, this sux that tmobile’s firmware update basically bricked my fully functioning device.
