Not sure if anyone here can help or not, but any help is appreciated. I have been trying to connect the Inseego hotspot to a wifi extender. The reason for this is so that I can operate an Arlo VMB4000 base unit from the wifi extender while traveling in our RV and have a fully operational security system. I can get the wifi extender to connect to a hotspot on the phone, but cannot connect using the Inseego. The procees to connect using the phone is relatively simple 1. find and connect the netgear ext network. 2. click on manage router andit begins the smart wizard from netgear 3. select use as a wifi extender and not an access point and select the correct network to extend 4.insert correct password and the wizard creates the extended networks, using the phone is simple from herem just click continue and it connects and the arlo has a connection to the internet that works. Using the Inseego we get the dreaded unable to connect screen.Any ideas? Thanks.

It started on a Wednesday afternoon - touchscreen would not work and then would start working again - kept going back and forth. Then on Thursday - same thing all day. Then on Friday worked once first thing in morning and then never worked again. I was able to perform a restart one time Wednesday evening when the touchscreen was still working - did not resolve issue. Now since that Friday, I have not been able to use my phone at all - no access to get into phone for messages, phone calls, email, etc.

Cannot get to log in page. I have been on Chat with T-mobile and on the phone for 3 days and they cannot fix the problem. I keep getting to someone different everytime. I just want to talk to someone that can fix this. I have search internet for a fix but cannot find a fix. I’m about ready to send this back. Please if anyone can help me . Please do so!
My old cellspot died and after playing around with customer service finally got them to send me a new one. The new one refuses to connect and I assume it was not activated….keep rebooting etc and no luck. Support chat isn’t showing up for me even though I used it the other day. HELP!
This is starting to drive me nuts. Not only will an Amber Alert go off at 2:00AM like it did this morning, but sometimes the phone will glitch and the Amber Alert sound will sound off every 10 minutes with no way of turning it off without doing a complete factory reset of the phone.Sometimes I just want to kill my phone with a hammer because of this.

All of my other devices connect just fine to the wifi but my laptop won't or can't pick up the signal from the router. I took my laptop to the repair shop and it connected fine to their wifi. I was told if it still didn't connect at home there may be a problem with the router. Anyone have any suggestions. Laptop is a Toshiba if that helps

Hi, Sorry to try here but the online support chat wouldn’t even talk to me and said I had to call the prepaid phone number instead. Just trying to find out how you go from the old 3G to a new 4G phone. I picked up the cheapest option online but the sim card slot is like a third the size of the sim card in my current phone.Any idea what I’m supposed to do?Thanks for any help.
During our roadtrip through the US and Canada this summer, we would like to use a Huawei Mobile WiFi router. Which prepaid T-Mobile SIM card (plan) can you recommend ? We are a family from Belgium so we don’t have an existing account at T-Mobile and would like to pay the card in advance so we can use it on arrival. Thanks in advance !
I have a data only sim installed in a third party travel router/hotspot type deployment. I can get an IPv6 address via a route advertisement, but I can’t request a prefix for use on the attached network. Is this expected behavior? I was very surprised given the wide adoption of IPv6 elsewhere in T-Mobile’s infrastructure. It’s disappointing to have to contemplate tunneling to enable IPv6 clients that are attached to a functional IPv6 network.
I just got my Inseego Mifi device today. I did the set up. Put the sim card in and fired up the device. It worked for 5 minutes before I got an alert that said Invalid Sim. I rebooted the device to get a “no service” alert. I had another sim card so I put that one in and activated it and dealt with the same thing. So I called tech support. I went through a process of rebooting. Then was told to pull out the sim, put it back in then hit reset. This seemed to work but only for 15 minutes. So this time I went through the process of pulling the sim card out putting it back in then turn on the device. This time it worked for an hour before I got the invalid sim alert again. I rebooted to get the no service alert. Did the who thing over again to have it work for 5 minutes before the invalid sim alert. Reboot. No service. This is not a cheap device so I’m getting really frustrated. What is up with this thing?
