The expensive GoTo screen protector I purchased with my new phone rendered the IPhone inoperable, non responsive and the Face ID impossible to set up. The phone works perfectly without it. I am very unhappy after spending over $1000 on it. I really want a screen protector, as I work on a construction site.
I got totally fed up with Comcast raising my rates every year, and having to spend half a day arguing with them to lower them. So I gave T-mobile home internet a try while keeping Comcast in case TMO didn't work out. What I found was surprising. T-mobile actually had faster, more reliable service than Comcast and I've only got 3 bars(good) reading on my gateway. No issues there. BUT ONE HUGE ISSUE THAT T-MOBILE NEEDS TO FIX. For some reason, their gateways only last a few months. I have mine close to a window, not in the sun, and not near heat or appliances. The first 2 gateways were the cylinder silver ones and lasted for only 2 months. Finally they sent the new 5g black one and it was fantastic for 6 months. Monday, NO INTERNET. I couldn't reach T-mobile till 8 am my time. Not goid. They did send me out a new gateway next day. Let's see how long this one lasts. I truly believe that T-mobile needs increase the quality of their gateways. It will save them money in the long run, and I w
I have an Inseego M2000 MiFi hotspot, it boots up fine without a SIM installed, but reboots continually when the SIM is installed. ALSO getting “internal server error” when trying to connect to the advanced config menu over http.
A client had the above phone and it would not do calls in or out. It is not sold by T-Mobile, but does work on their network. The OS on the phone is not Android and it is a flip phone. When she took it back to the store, they had no idea what was wrong. It you tried to call out, the error code was “OR201FL65”. After much troubleshooting, a T-Mobile business support tech realized to was on a “text only” plan (typically for deaf people). He switched it; phone works fine now. Phones like this are sold on Amazon and elsewhere. If you get one, watch out for this.
I am trying to use the Google Digits app on my laptop. I registered my phone number and tried a few test text messages, and everything seemed fine. Then, I imported all of my Google Contacts into the Google Digits app. However, it is missing many records. I have 249 records in my Google Contacts, and only 152 in my Digits Contacts. I looked at all the missing records in my Google Contacts, and I don’t see anything distinguishing them from the records that were imported successfully. I tried deleting them all and logging out, and starting over, several times. It is the same result every time. Maybe a bug in Google Digits? Is this a new app? It seems like it. It is VERY slow to load even text messages. Please let me know what you think. Thank you.
Hey everyone, I disabled my work computer from my internet over the weekend. I am now trying to reconnect but when I try to connect to my network my laptop says “Can’t connect to this network” and now my laptop will not show up on my Devices in the T-mobile app. I did a factory reset on my gateway and it is still not connecting. Any tips? Thanks!
I set up a new wifi name and password, and I have guest network turned off and I frequently see several devices that are not approved that I know of connected to my hotspot.I am curious how or why this is happening and how to fix it. It does seem to slow my data speeds when out and about.
I recently received my Virtual gift card with an expiration of 6/23. I had a payment set up for one of my bills….DECLINED. I was charged $45.Come to find out, the card was expired and only good for a short period of time even though the expiration isn't until June 23. I was one the phone through the whole process of getting the card activated and at no time did she mention any of this.
