Hello, I am new here. I wanted to get the T-Mobile Simple prepaid plan and wanted to get the Umidigi One Max unlocked phone. I wanted to get a sim card for this phone but wanted to know would this still be compatible on T-Mobile network? I really really want this to work. Can any unlocked phone be used on the T-Mobile network?
I've had a LineLink device for a few months now, and when it works, it seems to work well. However, like many others, I experience persistent failures in the LineLink service from time to time. The failure mode is that inbound calls don't get delivered to the LineLink device, but instead are diverted to voicemail. Outbound calls fail with a "fast busy" or reorder tone. This is annoying because the device generates a dial tone when you go offhook. This failure happens every so often. Once it gets into this mode, power cycling the LineLink device will resolve the issue. I also have a Vonage VoIP adapter in my home, connected to the same Ethernet switch and on the same network. It continues to work just fine. So probably not a problem with my router. My guess is that there's a memory leak in the device. Or perhaps the registration with the T-Mobile network fails at the far end, but the device doesn't notice some stale registration. Not sure, there's no external visibility int
I recently purchased the RAZER phone made by RAZER INC. I am having issues with receiving service in the building where I work. The signal is attainable at random spots, but not in the office I sit. I contacted T-Mobile and was told that the antenna in the phone is too weak to receive signals from their towers. This seems highly unlikely to me as it is a newer phone that was only made last year. Does anyone else have this phone, and if so, do you have any issues with signal strength?
If I were to change my mind about a newly purchased device, could I return it to the store and swap it for a cheaper phone with store credit? I know T-mobile will refund you but I've read it takes up to 3 billing cycles. Is it possible to avoid that hassle by simply switching to a different device?
I recently bought a new phone while on vacation outside the us and when i came back i put in the t-mobile sim and it says no service. I've tried most of the youtube solutions and none of them are working. The plan i am using is Unlimited LTE but it keeps saying no service on the top right of my phone. Please advise
I have some older phones my kids would like to use – namely a Moto Razr and Alcatel slider. But they do not work with the 3-in-1 sim cards, apparently. I don't think T-Mobile offers the large sim cards any longer.Any suggestions on how to get the larger SIM cards – that are not expired? Thanks, in advance.Brian
I just purchased the Unlocked Galaxy S9+ International Version SM-G965F/DS and I am using it with my T-Mobile account. I discovered that WiFi calling and a few other features don't work. As you know, the processor on this version is the Exynos and not Qualcomm. Is there a way to flash the T-Mobile Rom on this S9+ version? If there is a way, does the phone have to be rooted or bootloader unlocked?Thank you,Mike

I was wondering if the Blackview BV9000 pro works on T-Mobile's network. I want to get it when my LG G4 dies, but I've heard that the BV9000 pro has had some issues with networks in America. Can any BV9000 pro owners or T-Mobile employees tell me whether or not the BV9000 pro will work on the network? Thanks. 😊
I have a Pixel XL that was originally Project Fi. I switched to TMobile two weeks ago and my group MMS are not downloading, either on wifi or mobile. Sometimes they come through, other times I have to go to the individual messages and download them. 90% of the time, they fail to download. I've done all the troubleshooting, including resetting the network and creating the new APN from this forum. My husband has the same phone and same network and is not having this issue. The message app also crashes after a few tries at downloading.Google support was not helpful, telling me I can't use wifi for MMS, which is incorrect because I've always used wifi. Plus, it's also happening on data.Below is the APN I have done according to TMobile support doc. Although, my phone does not have a "MMS protocol" option. This helped my phone to be able to receive them more frequently, although, I still have to download them.Android APN settingsOpen the Access Point Names or APNs menu.In Settings, look unde
A year or so ago, T-mobile provided me with a TM-AC1900 ROUTER ... (ASUS rebranded to T-Mobile). They also provided a Personal Cell Spot 4G LTE which I refer to as an Extender or perhaps Booster.Started having trouble with the router. Called T-mobile and was told I can exchange it for (even) an updated ROUTER at my local store. Went to store with old one and exchanged it for a 'newer' one. Got it home after closing time and discovered it was a (updated) Extender. At that point, I am ROUTERless. The store is now closed for the night.Called T-mobile. Explained the situation and was told the right device would be shipped promptly to the house. Got a confirming email ... indicated what was coming was ANOTHER Extender. Called TMO again. The shipment was cancelled and 'the right device' would ship out promptly. Next confirming email ... ANOTHER Extender.I even emailed the President of T-Mobile. I am not lying. By the time his assistant contacted me, I had yet ANOTHER device (PRO
My line link has been giving me the message that it can not detect the tmobile sim card for the past 5 weeks.5 sim cards, 3 line link boxes, hours on the phone with support, and 2 trips to the tmobile store later I still can not get this issue resolved.I just got off phone with support, checking on the status of the 2nd problem ticket made to engineering, and I was told I would need to replace the sim card for the 6th time.I am at a loss and am just going to have to cancel the service for my land line at this point.Has anyone had this issue, is there no way to get this resolved?
I moved from AT&T to T-Mobile with my ATT Samsung Galaxy S8 very easy, no problems but so far I have problems with my Samsung Gear S3 AT&T, SM-R765A. In the beginning ATT said that the device is unlocked but it was locked and today I received the desired unlocking code. The device cycles off and back on.Note: You are allowed five attempts to unlock before your device permanently locks to the AT&T network.Note: If your device has been altered from the original manufacturer?s standards, such as rooting the device, your unlock code may not work and you will need to contact the original manufacturer for assistance. I use LineLink as a second/office line and have run into two, what I consider, major issues: 1. LineLink will not stay connected to certain conference call lines. I use an 800 conference call line service for my job and I'm able to call into the line for calls, but after a certain period of time, the line beeps like 3 times or so and then drops the call. I can re-dial back into the line, but it ultimately does the same thing. 2. When leaving a voicemail for certain clients/prospects, the call will beep like mentioned above and then drop the call. This just happened today when I called a prospect and was ready to leave them a VM. The assistant transferred me to the person's VM and it started the VM message and within a couple seconds I got 3 or so beeps and then disconnected. I've reset the device, the router, and re-started my computer, with no luck. Any resolution or though to this as it's basically an unworkable solution for me as an office line and I'll probably have to port-
