What phone to migrate to from Windows Phone?

I know that this really is each person's personal opinion. But I'd like to hear what others have to say about those of us still using a Windows Phone. My first two cell phones were basic Nokia's from T-Mobile. Then when I went the smartphone route on my third phone I decided to stick with Nokia and got a Nokia Lumia 925 with Windows 8 Mobile. Then when an app I liked stopped getting updates on Windows 8.1 mobile I went with an Alcatel Idol4s with Windows 10 Mobile. So I've never had an iPhone or an Android phone ever. And I'm kind of stuck on what to do next, after my Windows Phone is no longer usable of course. Windows Phone is dead, so another Windows Phone won't be a viable option.But which should I get, Apple or Android? On the one hand I don't want to pay top dollar for an Apple. Sure, they're sleek and now have a good longevity record. But I feel like my phone shouldn't cost more than my laptop does. On the other hand I'm kind of mad at Google for killing the Window's Phone. It was already bad enough I was being made to wait for my pre-order of my new Green Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 512gb until potentially March 25th. Now I do a check on my order and it's been pushed to April 9th! AT BEST! I don't even know who I want to be mad at more! Obviously I know it's Samsung! They shouldn't have launched their dadgum new phone if they couldn't fill the orders and I mean ALL orders by the launch date they set. Kinda turbed at T-Mobile cause they shouldn't put a phone up available to be ordered if they don't have it yet to fill the orders! Especially when they can't even give a set date and are potentially going to push back, LIKE they just did. I currently have the D20 Plus w/ 128gb and it's FULL and since Samsung decided to bend it's customers over the rail again by removing micro SD on the S22, I felt like I should get the big memory with the pre-order promotion of free next size up memory upgrade. So to go from 128gb to 256gb was free and to go to 512gb was only $

Inseego M2000 connected but no devices see it

Hello all - I am really hoping someone here can help with some kind of a settings or way i can fix my hotspot so i dont have to go in to get a new one…I live and work full time in an rv, so i use several devices on several different carriers. So i use hotspots - a lot…. I have never had this issue though..My m2000 is connected and happy looking at the box. In the admin panel, everything looks totally normal. But none of my devices - mac, iphones, ipads, tvs….etc show it as an available to network. I tried tethering it directly to my laptop and that actually worked. Also it seems like it randomly powers itself off when it isnt connected to power.I am guessing its just dead and i am going to have to replace it - its only a year old, but RV life can be rough on equipment….Thanks in advance if anyone has any idea on things to try before i chuck it….Brian

T-Mobile Home Internet LTE Router Connection Issue

I received my LTE router in the mail a few days ago and everything seems to be working just fine service wise. However, I am having issues with connecting specific devices to the router and logging into the router itself via the IP address and using the user name and password stated. Device issue: I seem to not be able to connect my Ring Doorbell to the T-Mobile LTE Router. I have tried it many times, followed the help guide for the router and the Ring doorbell several times as well without success. Has anyone else or T-Mobile tested the connection of a ring doorbell to the T-Mobile Home Internet LTE router?Logging in: I have typed in the IP address, entered the user name and password MANY times and it always says "login failed!". Should I hard reset the router? I wanted to try and avoid this as it took me about 2 hours to connect all my devices the first time and would love to avoid that.Thanks,-Myles

Where did online chat go? I'm unable to call or be called, which is the only option ever available.

I'm finding it impossible to get help from T-mobile. Where is online chat? Every contact option available is useless in my current situation. ER05 invalid sim card has completely disabled the calling and message functionality of my phone, and with the T-mobile app requiring data connection instead of wifi, I'm a sitting duck here without support. Online chat is supposed to be the solution to the problem of not being able to call support. I'm unable to visit a physical store, so I'm essentially paying for a useless device. Is there simply no other option for support for your phone than to actually use it's data connection? If so, that is just stupid.

T-Mobile 5G Gateway and Smart Plugs

Hi, all, I’ve just switched from Spectrum to T-Mobile and have installed their brand new 5G Gateway. So far, it’s terrific, with one exception. None of my Alexa Smart Plugs work since they operate on the 2.4gHz band and use the Tuya app. Is there a way to connect them to my T-Mobile wi-fi network? If not, are there any Smart Plugs around that will connect to Wi-Fi and the Gateway? I have a Linksys Velop AX4200 dual band router. Can I connect that to the T-M Gateway and disable the 5gHz band, leaving the 2.4 for the smart devices? Many thanks for your help. DG

Upgrade from prepaid T9

I am buying a T-mobile inseego M2000 and already have a prepaid Franklin T9 with T-mobile. Can I take the sim card from the T9 and install it in the M2000? Some have said I need a different sim for the inseego device? Can the sim be switched back to the T9 if I choose to do so? Thanks
