Panasonic homehawk can't connect to camera

I've attempted to connect the "nanny cam" from Panasonic. It's called a Homehawk floor camera and LED Lamp. I keep getting an error message that the camera can't be found and to disable the isolation function. The light on the lamp/camera, is solid blue, it also shows as a connected device in the app. 

Per the manual, the lamp/camera supports 802.11 a/b/c/g/n. Per the manual, it does support 2.4 - 5.8 GHz. If anyone can help with locating the "isolation function" in the T-mobile wifi settings, that would be awesome. I'd like to try that first before setting up an additional network.
