Project 10 Million Device Discount

Hello, I got signed up with Project 10 Million and got the hotspot. I know we were also eligible for discounted devices, but I am not able to find any information on how to take advantage of that offer. 
I got an email stating “Track your usage, manage your account, and purchase up to five discounted devices at t-mo.co/P10M.”
But when I go to that link, it just takes me to my account page, with no info on discounted devices.
Any advise? Thanks in advance!
