Hi all!
I just get the galaxy watch 4,i’m paying only for the digits plan of $10/month but the watch itself is free.
My question is,can i give the watch to someone overseas and will it work,i mean like receiving text,calls and everything and i am paying the $10 per month here?
If yes,how i am going to set it up.

There is some limitation with network capabilities, but usually it can find something since the range that it can get and the range that is broadcast usually has some overlap.
