Looks like you use the soft function key to get to your phonebook.

hit Menu, then 8. Number 1 is Add new contact.

I am looking to unlock my old Samsung SGH T-139 flip phone, Tmobile customer care is unable to give me an unlock code. Anyone else who did it, please send me the procedure?
