I recently purchased the Samsung A11 and the CSR transferred all the nonsense from my old phone onto the new which now my memory is full. My old phone’s storage was full so why would I want to transfer info to a phone with the same amount of space 32? He didn’t ask me before transferring anything, he just did it.
I’m not happy with the phone regardless, can I return it wiped clean and swap it out with another phone? Only had it 5 day’s
