I just bought my elderly father a go flip phone. A smart phone is too complicated for him. Is there anyway for me to track him with this device??

Are you looking to track the phone's location? If so, you should take a look at our T-Mobile FamilyWhere app page. I believe this'll be a service you might be interested in.
I called support and was told that FamilyWhere only works with Android and Apple IOS operating systems so the Alcatel OS does not work😒
