My account was somehow deactivated after a conversation about the first month being free.  A great agent “Lorenzo” restarted my wireless wifi service.  When I tried to make my payment the CC that was originally connected to Autopay had been deleted or removed.   I made a single payment then reinstalled AutoPay.    Checking my up coming billing it showed an extra $5 payment added each month as if the Autopay was NOT working.   It says it is.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
