I applied for my Echo show before the promotion expired. haven’t even gotten a promocode.
I have talked to quite a few t-mobile reps about it but no one could get me a promocode.
Today, a rep told me I have a phone number attached to the internet box.
To receive the echo show, you have to apply with the modem’s phone number!!!!
All those reps that I talked to didn’t know this?
Not the promo is over, they tell me there’s no way to get a echo show.
The internet is doing ok but I’m not happy with customer service.
From reading what others” wrote, I’m not the only one who was scammed by this promotion.
Just like t-mobile to make redemption so convoluted that it cannot be redeemed.
Like the site on the promotion sheet. https://support.t-mobile/docs/DOC2727 doesn’t even exist.
