In August 2022, T-Mobile was running a promotion for home internet; they offered a free month trial, if the customers like the plan, they go back to the store and activate the plan go from there. If they don’t like the internet, they need to return the device with a month free of charge. I recently tried to make a financial transaction the requires a credit history and background check, the came back that I owe T-Mobile $64. T-Mobile gave my personal information to a debt collector agency to screw my credit score over. I believe T-Mobile used this promotion as BAIT, this is not honest business. I claimed a dispute with the debt collector, and hoping T-Mobile will cancel this false charge.
I plan to use all resources I can to expose how T-Mobile is using bait to charge its customers for services they don’t use.
