I order home internet on 4/7 got equipment on the 13th. I called several times trying to get T-Mobile ID I went to store and they got that done no problem. But before that a rep tried to force me to order an entire new package I had to hang up because he wouldn't even let me speak to a manager. Now I got a TMobile I'd the fn unicorn of IDs  i log in my bill is 50 remember I didn't get my equipment untill the 13th of April why am I paying for an entire month. I've called like 4 times. Lord help me
