I’m going to Bahamas for a week in couple days. I’m wondering that can I use T mobile to contact when I over there? Or I have to sign ip for any special plan?

Can I add a 5th line to Magenta Military plan? I see conflicting information: some say there is a 4 line maximum for that plan, others say that I can have up to 12 lines?

phone verifcation by bank

I allowed my friend to deposit his settlement check He signed… I didnt (by mistake)  The bank suspected fraud so they restricted my bank account---then closed.The bank has a risk assessment software. They neede3d to verify the number of the person whose check was deposit.  I have tried phone in my nae..so I was told  he needs to get his phone in his name. He did! he enteredd his last 4 of his social, they asked for ID and proof of address, He got an A15 Samsung. The bank did not see his name..there is someone else name..when T mobile said its in his name. The Bank software dosnt see his name. They said it was not publicly verified. T mobile said we had to wait 30 DAYS.Did that. This person just lost everything in a fire...so its an emergency. Any h3elp would be appreciated

why  you have a website if you cant change your account or order anything your website is a joke. I smell lawsuits.  even your  ads says you can change your account and make order.

Internet Promotion Not Received

I purchased home internet on 5/16/24 was was promised 3 free Blink cameras.  I’ve checked the status and it was approved but we’ve never been able to redeem the promotion. I’ve spoke to a CS rep several times to no avail.  What’s my recourse?

WiFi Problems

Hi,I have a G4AR as part of a Small Business Internet service.  Recently during a thunderstorm, the Wifi stopped working.  The router and 5G connectivity were not impacted.  Luckily most of my devices are hardwired and continued to work.After the storm, some of the wireless devices reconnected and worked correctly while others can connect to the G4AR but are unable to communicate with the Internet.  Has anyone seen this type of issue before?Thanks

exceed data on home backup plan

we just added the home backup plan for when our Comcast service gets interrupted. I believe we have about 100 GB of data each month however, I haven’t been able to find out what happens when we exceeded a monthly allotment – does anyone know?

Hot Spot disconnects in 10 minutes

The hot spot on my Revvl 6 pro disconnects after 10 minutes regardless of where I have it set. I went through comments in the forum and this is a common problem. What is the resolution to this problem?

Anyone else having issues using a Credit Union Debit Card?

When I signed up, I added my Credit Union’s debit card. It failed to go through, so I added a bank debit card, then setup autopay with my Credit Union’s debit card.When that failed, I added autopay with my bank’s debit card (I usually disable this because there was initially fraud the first time I used it at an ATM).Anyway, I called my credit union and they said there were no charge attempts on the card.So …. does anyone else have problems w/ t-mobile and credit union debit cards?I’m re-adding it as the default payment option but due to the excessive call-in wait queues, idk how to have them check to make sure their system isn’t garbage (they can’t text my voip #, so there’s one strike against them); the only reason I haven’t closed my bank account is this stupid $5 monthly discount…. and in 60 days my bank is going to start charging about $12/mo for the privilege of having an account with them unless my balance is $30k.  We have been T Mobile customers for almost 10 years. With its problems, like every family until 10/01/2023 it occurred to me to go to the T Mobile office on Broadway Street in Chula Vista, where I was assisted by the lady Jennifer Komerman.She offers me to exchange my Samsung Note 20 phone that was no more than 1 year old and that I had already fully paid for for an iPhone 15 Pro.The arrangement was that she would take my phone for 1000 USD and give me the iPhone 15, which at that time cost 1000 USD, completely free. Of course I thought it was a very good promotion, but before accepting it I asked her to please me. I wrote the deal we were going to make on a piece of paper. At this moment I am looking at the sheet where she signs that the Taxes payment would only be made for $74.79 plus $35.00 for activation, in total $109.79 USD that I paid with my credit card.What happened next is like a horror story.A month after I started using my iPhone 15 Pro, I started receiving a bill for $37

Hotspot Data Question

I have two accounts, the first being the Go5G Plus 55 and the second is the 5G Mobile Internet w/100GB high-speed data. The first plan includes 50GB of hotspot data and the second I thought included 100GB as shown in the title. When I purchased those plans at the local T-Mobile store the sales person assured me that I would get a total of 150GB of high-speed hotspot data per month. However, I have had these plans for several months and have yet to get beyond 100GB of data usage per month without being severely throttled. Was I mislead about the total high-speed data or am I paying for 50GB of data per month that I am not receiving?

I was so extremely happy with the service I received. It's always such a hassle for me when it comes to trying to find a good provider. Luckily I had the assistance of the sweetest lady, Joelle I believe was her name. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone because of her!!!
