I was offered an Echo device when I signed up for Home Internet service. When I went to place the order, the code is invalid. I made such comment on the survey I was asked to fill out. I even received an email response from Bountem Souryasack expressing regret and asking for feedback. Once again, I explained the redemption code was invalid for the free Echo device I was offered. Two weeks later, nothing. If T-mobile has no intentions of fulfilling offers, then why offer to begin with? I didn’t ask for it, it was offered.I guess we will see
I only use T-Mobile home internet and I keep reading how I’m eligible for T-Mobile Tuesdays. I input the devices phone number four never receive a text on the gateway. I receive texts regarding my bill and service updates but never this 4 digit code. I’m not the first to discuss this so why hasn’t T-Mobile addressed. Only solutions I’ve seen are put the sim in a phone or change gateways which are not actual solutions. What’s the deal T-Mobile?
Hello, I have TMO Home Internet plan as well as the phone plan. My phone plan does not include Unlimited data usage. When I subscribed to TMO home internet, the sales person told me it is compatible with MMS messages. I was excited since the Home Internet would be compatible with MMS and I wouldn’t need to use my data for my phone which is limited. Well, it does not work. I am using Message app and also Textra app for my Android device. Both says I need to turn my mobile data to receive message or download a file sent via MMS. Please Help. Thanks.
We started our 5g home internet with T-Mobile about 6 months ago, it was working fantastic for about 4 of those months. Last month near the very beginning we started having an issue where all of our devices are connected to the modem, but no internet connection is available, the only fix we have is to unplug and restart the modem. We called support yesterday, they told us about the new 2022 modems and that many customers have been calling in with this issue. After getting our new modem yesterday we still have the same issue every 30 mins a break in our internet connection begins and we need to re-start our modem. I called support again this morning to which they again said many customers are having this same issue. When I heared that a bell went off, "T-Mobile has a massive server or processing error with all of these modems, not just the old one we were dealing with." They proceeded with the basic turning the router off and powering it back on, the support told me he was doing some so
Beware! TMobile will drain your account...WITHOUT APPROVAL or AUTHORIZATION to do so. Leave you without your much needed meds for a month and don’t care at all. I was getting emails saying I was behind and in danger of being disconnected: I only have internet with them. My account was paid current except the last bill which was due on August 27. Knowing I was limited in August, I set that one up for payment plan, 2 payments in September. When I got the 3rd email saying I was behind, I called them. First problem is no one speaks or understands English and they will run right over the top of you. She said “mistake”, “ignore”, “all good”. NEXT DAY: I can’t get my meds. No money. They had drained my account. I’m really ticked off about this.bbwyldflowers
I'm seeing lots of problems so getting concerned about this product (which hasn't been delivered yet). All I needed is internet access at a house so I can install Ring or Blink etc for security I can monitor from phone. I will be 2k miles away from the house. I was told this would be a good solution but if the service is intermittent I'm wondering if it will restart properly without human intervention from me. Amy suggestions? Also I think most of those security devices are on 2.4.
I signed up for the $30 home internet plan as a magenta max customer last month and I being charged $50. I have called CSR several times and I was told you have to wait a few billing cycles before a $20 a month credit is applied. I have asked several times for a copy of the terms and conditions of the promo and they have refused to provide details. Has anyone manage to get the $30 rate for home internet?
I ordered internet service on 05/10/2022 and received equipment on 05/17/2022. I used the internet maybe 2 days and I cancelled and returned equipment on 05/19/2022.The T-Mobile received returned equipment on 05/25/2022 and they told me the refund credit will process 5 - 7 business day which is before my payment due date 06/07/2022. But the credit was not processed until my payment date, so I paid full payment even I did not use the internet service.I called them and complain about the credit and they said, ‘I don’t know why the credit is not processed and I will process it now’. Are you kidding me? I called T-Mobil twice about the refund and confirm the credit before my due date but it’s not correctly processed on time. How it possible even T-Mobil doesn’t know the credit is not processed until I called them today.I am more them 7 years with T-Mobile and I am so disappointed their service.
I have switched to use t-mobile’s home internet starting back in April. The first payment of $55 was weird, but I chalked it up to a $5 fee for the first month. Now it is May, I have been charged $55 once again. That “$50/month if on autopay” is a lie. Huh...
I tried T-Mobile internet in February for about 4 days. It was terrible and I could even load a Facebook page. I canceled it and was told I would not have a bill. A month later I got a bill for $55 dollars. The person that set up my account did it wrong and had my email wrong and somehow set the pin wrong too. So I was unable to get help over the phone. In store they were great and called to get it fixed for me. Apparently they did not cancel me correctly for a no install so they had to reactivate the account and cancel it again. The next month I got a bill for $20 and did not even try to call this time. I went into the store but they were busy this time so I had to wait about an hour ro get help. I was assured again by their support that I would be credited down to zero and not have another bill. Now today I got another bill for $1.83. It seems like t-mobile is just trying to see if I will pay something. I tried to call the support line but they were not any help. I asked for a superv
I was told time and time again, as I was signing up for this ‘home internet’ that it would be $50 a month with no hidden fees or extra charges. Come to find out, that $5 discount only takes effect if I put the ‘home internet’ on auto pay. Learning that, I put ‘home internet’ on auto pay. Low and behold, they charge me that $55 for the month of April. Is this thing retroactive or something? Also, I am a veteran and I have provided the necessary documents into my account. Does t-mobile not have any discounts for veterans, beyond that $50 “if” on auto pay? What is the point of having your customers say they are veterans?I am not mad or anything. I am just frustrated that a promise wasn’t delivered upon, or rather. An arbitrary string was attached.

Now I got a TMobile I'd the fn unicorn of IDs i log in my bill is 50 remember I didn't get my equipment untill the 13th of April why am I paying for an entire month. I've called like 4 times. I can’t sign into my t-mobile account after canceling a line (2GB hotspot). My account was set up with the number attached to the hotspot and now that the line is cancelled i can’t log in! I have the t-mobile home internet, only cancelled the hotspot. It keeps asking me to put in a t-mobile number to send a confirmation code to, but I only have the internet! How am I supposed to get a code to my internet??? I don’t have any phone lines with t-mobile! I need to access my bill and can’t do that!
My account was somehow deactivated after a conversation about the first month being free. A great agent “Lorenzo” restarted my wireless wifi service. When I tried to make my payment the CC that was originally connected to Autopay had been deleted or removed. I made a single payment then reinstalled AutoPay. Checking my up coming billing it showed an extra $5 payment added each month as if the Autopay was NOT working. It says it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
