T-mobile bricked my home internet gateway, then UPS lost the return, now T-mobile is charging me $236 for it

I was one of the 34,000 Tmobile home internet customers who had their Gateways bricked by an over the air update.  I did nothing to bring this upon myself, 100% T-mobile’s fault. I followed T-mobile’s instructions.  I was without home internet for several days and when the replacement gateway arrived, I packed it up and used the label they sent me to send it back.  I have a UPS shipping receipt that proves I shipped the gateway back. UPS appears to have lost the return and now I’ve been charged $236 by T-mobile. This is incredibly frustrating.  I called customer support and spent a lot of time arguing with someone who claimed I wasn’t being charged even though I can clearly see on my account where I have been charged.  Was basically given a run around and assured the charge would not go through.  Of course a few days later it did. It adds insult to injury when this entire problem is 100% T-mobile’s fault and I followed their directions exactly.   The audacity of them to charge me $236

Breach of Contract???

Hello:   Yup, it’s only $5.00 a month T-Mobile is going to raise your bill if you continue to use a Credit Card.  I don’t care if it was $1.00 a month.  I contracted with T-Mobile to get the $5.00 reduced rate using my Credit Card and I expect them to abide by the contract for the 2 year period.  I wrote my protest letter and mailed it off, waiting for a response.  I’m like some other people.  You never want to give a company access to your debit account or checking account.  The credit card gives you 100% protection!!!  And I definitely don’t want another kind of money account named T-Mobile Money.  A contract is a contract!!!

Ok sorry if it's long. On around the middle of Feb. My samsung s22  wouldn't charge the screen was blinking in an out then trying to get it to charge i dropped it and the corner of it cracked and honestly not that bad but to get it fixed at these fixa phone places they wanted 3-400 dollars so i paid for insurance why not use it.  I sent 99 dollars to the insurance claim and i did not hear anything fir a while and finally I called Tmobile customer service . I don't remember names I have stage 4 cancer. Anyway she called insurance  company  so they wanted my id which had expired not long ago i told them everything on it was the same and because im so sick i couldn't get up there to get another 1 plys my appointment is coming up around the end of july. Her and her supervisor said they have never heard of that and they would call me back. I got nothing.  I call back explain everything .How it's been a month and nothing I need my phone cuz of my Dr. Appointments amongst other things and how

Home internet Question

I just got T-Mobile home internet yesterday! And so far it’s been excellent! We were getting speeds close to 400 mbs. Today that speed dropped to about 120 mbs. Is this a congestion thing? Or is something wrong? My signal is 5 bars, and excellent status. My previous ISP was 6 mbs so I’m not complaining by any means! I just don’t want anything to be wrong! Thanks so much for any information

Tower outage, no communication, internet keeps disconnecting

I have had internet problems for the last few weeks, and I was recently told the tower next to router is down without any estimate on when it will be back up and all traffic is being diverted to a further away tower, which is causing the disconnects. This was not communicated, probably to avoid losing customers. What is the recourse for this situation?

Monthly Plan Fee Jumped $20, Why

Our June 2023 bill was $20 higher than previous payments.  Nothing has changed with our plan and there was no explanation.  Did T-Mobile just raise our monthly payment  without letting us know, or is there another reason?

Received postal mail for another T-Mobile Home Internet Customer

Mailing was addressed to my home but to someone named Gabriella Maconi. It confirmed she is a T-Mobile Home internet customer and pitched her to switch her phone service to a T-Mobile 55+ plan.Computers don’t just make up mailing addresses or accidentally use an address for another customer, so clearly T-Mobile files had her living at my address. So, I reported this and T-Mobile didn’t understand why I was calling but assured me it must be that she lived at this address at some time. Problem with that is I had this home built 36 years ago and my family has been the only occupant.Not very comforting that T-Mobile would have no concern or want to follow up on why their files had my address for another T-Mobile customer. My luck, she will be wanted by the FBI who can’t find her until they get an address from T-Mobile and perform a no-knock breach of my home. LoL

My next door neighbor told me I she got unlimited internet through tmobile so I signed up , they told me I was not eligible for unlimited so I went with the 150GB a month and it was almost used up in 8 days. not working too well for me so far. don’t understand why I cannot get the unlimited plan like others have.

Transfer from one person to another

Can I transfer all five of my phone lines while under contract with T-Mobile? I am currently on the Magenta Max plan. Will I still be eligible for the discount? I would like to transfer them all to my father he is 55+

Unable to start new service.

I've been attempting to start new service with T-Mobile for over a week now.  Here's the problem.  I had an account with Sprint many years ago. In 2018 I divorced my ex and left Sprint.  My ex-wife kept the account with the intent to put it in her name.   Fast forward a few years.  I've been with AT&T.  I want to go over to T-Mobile but are not able to because of that old account.  My ex "thought" she had taken care of this.  This week we worked on this with Customer Service.  I was called by a T-Mobile rep and was told that the matter was resolved and that I could continue setting up new service. I worked with a rep to set up the whole package for new service.  I was told, to continue I'd have to pay off my AT&T phones first.  Thinking this matter with my ex was fixed, I went ahead and spent $1400 to pay off the phones.  I went back to T-Mobile to continue the process only to find out tonight that the matter with my ex still exists. I'm now $1400 in the hole and unable to esta

Any reason I'm being charged $500/month for an internet service I'm not using?

I can’t get anyone at T-Mobile to help me. Has anyone else been literally pick pocketed by T-Mobile? I realize it may be a glitch with my account, but that doesn’t explain why NO ONE will help me...and/or why I can’t just cancel the service they are using to steal from me. This is beyond frustrating.

TOld 5g internet was available and now told it's not available?

So, end of last year we were told 5g lite was available to us. As rural dsl users this was like coming out of the dark ages ;) For a month and a half it was glorious!Then we recevied a message saying 5g unlimted was now available, and they set us up on that plan. From that moment on our speeds have degraded nearly to the point of unusable. Finally, I’d had enough and contacted tech support who, anoungst other things, said how did you get 5g unlimited, it’s not available in your area. I said tmobile contacted US and said it was. I feel like this leaves me in a bad spot, how can I complain about bad service when they say 5g isn’t supposed to be for us?Heck, I’d almost go back to light except...if it’s not available in our area, surerly the light isn’t either?I should note all the tech support people have been awesome. Not perfect, but awesome!

Does plan change if I upgrade phones?

We have Apple iPhones - 6s and 6s Plus. We are planning on upgrading to 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max. Will this change the pricing of our current plan? If so, how. We pay $125.00 per month for unlimited data/text/talk, and $10.00 per month per line.

Netflix/T Mobile/Magenta Plan Issues

Hello,In early 2023 I got the T Mobile Magenta Max plan, which had the option of either free Netflix (basic plan I guess) OR upgraded Netflix for $7 added to one’s T Mobile bill. In Feb of 2023, I spent time on the phone with an Agent doing other things for this plan (added a line, did the Apple TV thing, etc.). I wanted to upgrade my Netflix (as I’ve been a Netflix customer for 10 years or so) - so I did everything the Agent told me to do (which was something like log in to Netflix, put in some code, etc.). Now I have the upgraded Netflix, T-Mobile charging me an extra $7 on my bill, AND Netflix charging me my original $20.95 a month. Has anyone else experienced this? Netflix refuses to refund me, because apparently, instead of upgrading my account, I created a second account (thanks T Mobile Customer Service Agent!)Also, does anyone have a really good direct line to a helpful Netflix Customer Service department (I know that the person I chatted with isn’t the actual Manager - there h
