List of problems experienced
Signed up for promotion that had third line free. Was told that store was wrong and should not have offered that plan. After numerous assurances that they would resolve I am still being charged for third line.
Having my credit charged for an account which is not mine. Their fraud department verified it was not my account, but would not stop the autopsy without the access code. Which I didn't have because it wasn't my account. Their only solution for the problem was to cancel my credit card.
My home wifi stopped working so they promptly send a different model without a power cord.. I called and was told they would send a cord with one day delivery. It took Ren days.
I returned the defective wifi by UPS. They now want to charge me $370 because they can't find it.
