, T Mobile se quedó con mi Note 20 y termine pagando el Iphone 15 completamente.

 

We have been T Mobile customers for almost 10 years. With its problems, like every family until 10/01/2023 it occurred to me to go to the T Mobile office on Broadway Street in Chula Vista, where I was assisted by the lady Jennifer Komerman.

She offers me to exchange my Samsung Note 20 phone that was no more than 1 year old and that I had already fully paid for for an iPhone 15 Pro.

The arrangement was that she would take my phone for 1000 USD and give me the iPhone 15, which at that time cost 1000 USD, completely free. Of course I thought it was a very good promotion, but before accepting it I asked her to please me. I wrote the deal we were going to make on a piece of paper. 

At this moment I am looking at the sheet where she signs that the Taxes payment would only be made for $74.79 plus $35.00 for activation, in total $109.79 USD that I paid with my credit card.

What happened next is like a horror story.

A month after I started using my iPhone 15 Pro, I started receiving a bill for $37 USD per month that I was supposed to pay for 36 months, that is, 3 years, which was more than the 1000 USD that the phone was worth. 

Like many of the T Mobile customers who comment about their problems with this company, I began to call the T Mobile customer service representatives, of course, each one of them came out with a different story.

That because someone had changed the plan, then the promotion was no longer valid. So I had to pay for my iPhone 15 pro, but I did not receive any credit for my Samsung Note 20. So I asked them to return my Samsung Note 20. and that I returned their iPhone 15 pro, to which they responded that they no longer had my Note 20, but that if I called them every month before the payment date and told them not to charge me the 37 USD per month, They were going to take my position away from me.

And it did work for 2 or 3 months, but then they started charging me and told me that they couldn't give me any type of credit.

So, in the month of August of this year, I got angry and told them that I was switching to Verizon. It took them about 3 weeks to release the iPhone 15 so that I could have it on Verizon and then I had to pay 542 USD, what was owed on the phone so I could go to Verizon.

Currently they didn't unlock a Samsung 20 that belonged to my wife, they never unlocked it so it won't go to Verizon. We were lucky that Verizon took it for $800 and gave her a Samsung, I think 24 for $500, so You only pay 13 USD per month and Verizon is complying so far with the offer they made to us.

Back to T Mobile, so we left on August 21st. As I told you, it took them about 3 weeks to transfer my phone, my wife's phone could not be transferred nor my son's phone and I received a Bill for 126 USD for the month of August. I tell them why did I have to pay everything a month and I had only been there 5 days (the closing day is the 16th) and apart from all the problems they caused me and that made me spend a lot of money, they insist that I still owe them the 126 USD and other extra charges that they They want to charge those from T Mobile.

It's tremendous what we had to go through for having believed in one of their offers, so when I see that there are many dissatisfied customers who went through a situation similar to mine, I realize that they are thieves and should not be doing business in US. 

What I don't know what to do and I would like to get some kind of help from you is the fact that they “stole” my Note 20 because I had to pay for the iPhone 15 pro in cash.

It seems like I will never be able to get credit for the $1000 they should have given me for my phone. I have all the documents that prove that this lady, Jennifer Komerman, promised me this exchange of my Note 20 for the iPhone 15, but T Mobile is not responsible for what its employees sign. 

You should go to a Small Claims Court or report them to the Better Business Bureau or if they have any other suggestions. I would really appreciate it if you could help me and really despite having been with this company for 10 years, I have the worst concept of how they treat their clients, T Mobile took my Note 20 and term paying for the iPhone 15 completely.

 

 

 

Hemos sido clientes de T Mobile por casi 10 años.Con sus problemas, como toda familia hasta que el 01/10/2023 se me ocurrió ir a la oficina de T Mobile en la calle Broadway en Chula Vista, donde fui atendido por la señorita Jennifer Komerman.

Ella me ofrece hacer un cambio de mi teléfono Samsung Note 20 que no tenía más de 1 año y que yo ya tenía totalmente pagado por un iPhone 15 Pro.

El arreglo era que ella tomaba mi teléfono por 1000 USD y me entregaba totalmente gratis el iPhone 15 que costaba en ese momento 1000 USD..Por supuesto que me pareció que era una muy buena promoción, pero antes de aceptarlo le pedí que por favor me lo escribiera el trato que íbamos a hacer en una hoja. 

En este momento estoy mirando la hoja donde ella firma de que solamente se haría el pago de Taxes por $74.79 más $35.00 por activación, en total  $109.79 USD que pagué con mi tarjeta de crédito.

Lo que sucedió luego es como una historia de terror.

Al mes de empezar a usar mi iPhone 15 Pro comienzo a recibir un bill por  $37 USD mensuales que se supone que yo tenía que pagar por 36 meses, o sea 3 años, lo cual era más de los 1000 USD que valía el teléfono. 

Empecé como muchos de los clientes de T Mobile que comentan acerca de sus problemas con esta compañía a llamar a los representantes de customer service de T Mobile, por supuesto, cada uno de ellos me salía con una historia diferente.

Que porque alguien había cambiado el plan, entonces ya no era  válida la promoción.Con lo cual pues yo tenía que pagar mi iPhone 15 pro, pero no recibía ningún crédito por mí Samsung Note 20. Entonces le pedí que me devolvieran mi Samsung Note 20 y que yo le devolvía su iPhone 15 pro, a lo que me respondieron que ya no tenían mi Note 20 ,pero que si yo les llamaba todos los meses antes de la fecha de pago y les decía que no me cobraran los 37 USD mensuales, ellos me lo iban a quitar el cargo.

Y sí funcionó por 2 o 3 meses, pero luego ya me empezaron a cobrar y me dijeron que no me podían hacer ningún tipo de crédito.

Con lo cual, en el mes de agosto de este año, pues yo me enojé y le dije que me cambiaba a Verizon.Tardaron como 3 semanas en liberar el iPhone 15 para que yo pudiera tenerlo en Verizon y luego tuve que pagar 542 USD, lo que se debía del teléfono para poder irme a Verizon.

Actualmente no liberaron un Samsung 20 que era de mi esposa, nunca lo desbloquearon para que no se pasará a Verizon.Tuvimos la suerte de que Verizon lo tomó por 800 USD y le dio un Samsung, creo que 24 por 500 USD, o sea que solo paga 13 USD por mes y Verizon si está cumpliendo hasta ahora con la oferta que nos hicieron.

Volviendo a T Mobile, entonces nos fuimos el 21 de agosto. Como le digo, tardaron como 3 semanas en transferir mi teléfono, el de mi esposa no se pudo transferir ni el de mi hijo y me llega un Bill por 126 USD por el mes de agosto.Yo les digo que por qué tenía que pagar todo al mes y solo había estado 5 días ( el día de cierre es el 16) y aparte de todos los problemas que me causaron y que me hicieron gastar muchísimo dinero, pues ellos insisten que todavía le debo los 126 USD y otros cargos extra que me quieren cobrar los de T Mobile.

Es tremendo lo que tuvimos que pasar por haber creído en una de sus ofertas por eso cuando veo que hay muchos clientes insatisfechos y que pasaron por una situación similar a la mía, me doy cuenta de que son unos ladrones y no deberían estar haciendo negocios en US. 

Lo que yo no sé qué hacer y me gustaría obtener algún tipo de ayuda de ustedes es el hecho de que ellos me”robaron” mi Note 20 porque yo tuve que pagar el iPhone 15 pro al contado.

Pareciera que nunca voy a poder obtener crédito por los 1000 USD que me deberían haber dado por mi teléfono. Tengo todos los documentos, que prueban de que esta señorita, Jennifer Komerman, me prometió este cambio de mi Note 20 por el iPhone 15, pero.T Mobile no se hace responsable de lo que firman sus empleados. 

Debería ir a una Small Claims Court o denunciarlos en Better Business Bureau o si tienen alguna otra sugerencia. Les agradecería muchísimo que me pudieran ayudar y realmente a pesar de haber estado 10 años con esta compañía, tengo el peor de los conceptos de cómo tratan a sus clientes, T Mobile se quedó con mi Note 20 y termine pagando el Iphone 15 completamente.

We have been T Mobile customers for almost 10 years. With its problems, like every family until 10/01/2023 it occurred to me to go to the T Mobile office on Broadway Street in Chula Vista, where I was assisted by the lady Jennifer Komerman.

She offers me to exchange my Samsung Note 20 phone that was no more than 1 year old and that I had already fully paid for for an iPhone 15 Pro.

The arrangement was that she would take my phone for 1000 USD and give me the iPhone 15, which at that time cost 1000 USD, completely free. Of course I thought it was a very good promotion, but before accepting it I asked her to please me. I wrote the deal we were going to make on a piece of paper. 

At this moment I am looking at the sheet where she signs that the Taxes payment would only be made for $74.79 plus $35.00 for activation, in total $109.79 USD that I paid with my credit card.

What happened next is like a horror story.

A month after I started using my iPhone 15 Pro, I started receiving a bill for $37 USD per month that I was supposed to pay for 36 months, that is, 3 years, which was more than the 1000 USD that the phone was worth. 

Like many of the T Mobile customers who comment about their problems with this company, I began to call the T Mobile customer service representatives, of course, each one of them came out with a different story.

That because someone had changed the plan, then the promotion was no longer valid. So I had to pay for my iPhone 15 pro, but I did not receive any credit for my Samsung Note 20. So I asked them to return my Samsung Note 20. and that I returned their iPhone 15 pro, to which they responded that they no longer had my Note 20, but that if I called them every month before the payment date and told them not to charge me the 37 USD per month, They were going to take my position away from me.

And it did work for 2 or 3 months, but then they started charging me and told me that they couldn't give me any type of credit.

So, in the month of August of this year, I got angry and told them that I was switching to Verizon. It took them about 3 weeks to release the iPhone 15 so that I could have it on Verizon and then I had to pay 542 USD, what was owed on the phone so I could go to Verizon.

Currently they didn't unlock a Samsung 20 that belonged to my wife, they never unlocked it so it won't go to Verizon. We were lucky that Verizon took it for $800 and gave her a Samsung, I think 24 for $500, so You only pay 13 USD per month and Verizon is complying so far with the offer they made to us.

Back to T Mobile, so we left on August 21st. As I told you, it took them about 3 weeks to transfer my phone, my wife's phone could not be transferred nor my son's phone and I received a Bill for 126 USD for the month of August. I tell them why did I have to pay everything a month and I had only been there 5 days (the closing day is the 16th) and apart from all the problems they caused me and that made me spend a lot of money, they insist that I still owe them the 126 USD and other extra charges that they They want to charge those from T Mobile.

It's tremendous what we had to go through for having believed in one of their offers, so when I see that there are many dissatisfied customers who went through a situation similar to mine, I realize that they are thieves and should not be doing business in US. 

What I don't know what to do and I would like to get some kind of help from you is the fact that they “stole” my Note 20 because I had to pay for the iPhone 15 pro in cash.

It seems like I will never be able to get credit for the $1000 they should have given me for my phone. I have all the documents that prove that this lady, Jennifer Komerman, promised me this exchange of my Note 20 for the iPhone 15, but T Mobile is not responsible for what its employees sign. 

You should go to a Small Claims Court or report them to the Better Business Bureau or if they have any other suggestions. I would really appreciate it if you could help me and really despite having been with this company for 10 years, I have the worst concept of how they treat their clients, T Mobile took my Note 20 and term paying for the iPhone 15 completely.

Ella me ofrece hacer un cambio de mi teléfono Samsung Note 20 que no tenía más de 1 año y que yo ya tenía totalmente pagado por un iPhone 15 Pro.

El arreglo era que ella tomaba mi teléfono por 1000 USD y me entregaba totalmente gratis el iPhone 15 que costaba en ese momento 1000 USD..Por supuesto que me pareció que era una muy buena promoción, pero antes de aceptarlo le pedí que por favor me lo escribiera el trato que íbamos a hacer en una hoja. 

En este momento estoy mirando la hoja donde ella firma de que solamente se haría el pago de Taxes por $74.79 más $35.00 por activación, en total  $109.79 USD que pagué con mi tarjeta de crédito.

Lo que sucedió luego es como una historia de terror.

Al mes de empezar a usar mi iPhone 15 Pro comienzo a recibir un bill por  $37 USD mensuales que se supone que yo tenía que pagar por 36 meses, o sea 3 años, lo cual era más de los 1000 USD que valía el teléfono. 

Empecé como muchos de los clientes de T Mobile que comentan acerca de sus problemas con esta compañía a llamar a los representantes de customer service de T Mobile, por supuesto, cada uno de ellos me salía con una historia diferente.

Que porque alguien había cambiado el plan, entonces ya no era  válida la promoción.Con lo cual pues yo tenía que pagar mi iPhone 15 pro, pero no recibía ningún crédito por mí Samsung Note 20. Entonces le pedí que me devolvieran mi Samsung Note 20 y que yo le devolvía su iPhone 15 pro, a lo que me respondieron que ya no tenían mi Note 20 ,pero que si yo les llamaba todos los meses antes de la fecha de pago y les decía que no me cobraran los 37 USD mensuales, ellos me lo iban a quitar el cargo.

Y sí funcionó por 2 o 3 meses, pero luego ya me empezaron a cobrar y me dijeron que no me podían hacer ningún tipo de crédito.

Con lo cual, en el mes de agosto de este año, pues yo me enojé y le dije que me cambiaba a Verizon.Tardaron como 3 semanas en liberar el iPhone 15 para que yo pudiera tenerlo en Verizon y luego tuve que pagar 542 USD, lo que se debía del teléfono para poder irme a Verizon.

Actualmente no liberaron un Samsung 20 que era de mi esposa, nunca lo desbloquearon para que no se pasará a Verizon.Tuvimos la suerte de que Verizon lo tomó por 800 USD y le dio un Samsung, creo que 24 por 500 USD, o sea que solo paga 13 USD por mes y Verizon si está cumpliendo hasta ahora con la oferta que nos hicieron.

Volviendo a T Mobile, entonces nos fuimos el 21 de agosto. Como le digo, tardaron como 3 semanas en transferir mi teléfono, el de mi esposa no se pudo transferir ni el de mi hijo y me llega un Bill por 126 USD por el mes de agosto.Yo les digo que por qué tenía que pagar todo al mes y solo había estado 5 días ( el día de cierre es el 16) y aparte de todos los problemas que me causaron y que me hicieron gastar muchísimo dinero, pues ellos insisten que todavía le debo los 126 USD y otros cargos extra que me quieren cobrar los de T Mobile.

Es tremendo lo que tuvimos que pasar por haber creído en una de sus ofertas por eso cuando veo que hay muchos clientes insatisfechos y que pasaron por una situación similar a la mía, me doy cuenta de que son unos ladrones y no deberían estar haciendo negocios en US. 

Lo que yo no sé qué hacer y me gustaría obtener algún tipo de ayuda de ustedes es el hecho de que ellos me”robaron” mi Note 20 porque yo tuve que pagar el iPhone 15 pro al contado.

Pareciera que nunca voy a poder obtener crédito por los 1000 USD que me deberían haber dado por mi teléfono. Tengo todos los documentos, que prueban de que esta señorita, Jennifer Komerman, me prometió este cambio de mi Note 20 por el iPhone 15, pero.T Mobile no se hace responsable de lo que firman sus empleados. 

Debería ir a una Small Claims Court o denunciarlos en Better Business Bureau o si tienen alguna otra sugerencia. El arreglo era que ella tomaba mi teléfono por 1000 USD y me entregaba totalmente gratis el iPhone 15 que costaba en ese momento 1000 USD..Por supuesto que me pareció que era una muy buena promoción, pero antes de aceptarlo le pedí que por favor me lo escribiera el trato que íbamos a hacer en una hoja. 

En este momento estoy mirando la hoja donde ella firma de que solamente se haría el pago de Taxes por $74.79 más $35.00 por activación, en total  $109.79 USD que pagué con mi tarjeta de crédito.

Lo que sucedió luego es como una historia de terror.

Al mes de empezar a usar mi iPhone 15 Pro comienzo a recibir un bill por  $37 USD mensuales que se supone que yo tenía que pagar por 36 meses, o sea 3 años, lo cual era más de los 1000 USD que valía el teléfono. 

Empecé como muchos de los clientes de T Mobile que comentan acerca de sus problemas con esta compañía a llamar a los representantes de customer service de T Mobile, por supuesto, cada uno de ellos me salía con una historia diferente.

Que porque alguien había cambiado el plan, entonces ya no era  válida la promoción.Con lo cual pues yo tenía que pagar mi iPhone 15 pro, pero no recibía ningún crédito por mí Samsung Note 20. Entonces le pedí que me devolvieran mi Samsung Note 20 y que yo le devolvía su iPhone 15 pro, a lo que me respondieron que ya no tenían mi Note 20 ,pero que si yo les llamaba todos los meses antes de la fecha de pago y les decía que no me cobraran los 37 USD mensuales, ellos me lo iban a quitar el cargo.

Y sí funcionó por 2 o 3 meses, pero luego ya me empezaron a cobrar y me dijeron que no me podían hacer ningún tipo de crédito.

Con lo cual, en el mes de agosto de este año, pues yo me enojé y le dije que me cambiaba a Verizon.Tardaron como 3 semanas en liberar el iPhone 15 para que yo pudiera tenerlo en Verizon y luego tuve que pagar 542 USD, lo que se debía del teléfono para poder irme a Verizon.

Actualmente no liberaron un Samsung 20 que era de mi esposa, nunca lo desbloquearon para que no se pasará a Verizon.Tuvimos la suerte de que Verizon lo tomó por 800 USD y le dio un Samsung, creo que 24 por 500 USD, o sea que solo paga 13 USD por mes y Verizon si está cumpliendo hasta ahora con la oferta que nos hicieron.

Volviendo a T Mobile, entonces nos fuimos el 21 de agosto. Como le digo, tardaron como 3 semanas en transferir mi teléfono, el de mi esposa no se pudo transferir ni el de mi hijo y me llega un Bill por 126 USD por el mes de agosto.Yo les digo que por qué tenía que pagar todo al mes y solo había estado 5 días ( el día de cierre es el 16) y aparte de todos los problemas que me causaron y que me hicieron gastar muchísimo dinero, pues ellos insisten que todavía le debo los 126 USD y otros cargos extra que me quieren cobrar los de T Mobile.

Es tremendo lo que tuvimos que pasar por haber creído en una de sus ofertas por eso cuando veo que hay muchos clientes insatisfechos y que pasaron por una situación similar a la mía, me doy cuenta de que son unos ladrones y no deberían estar haciendo negocios en US. 

Lo que yo no sé qué hacer y me gustaría obtener algún tipo de ayuda de ustedes es el hecho de que ellos me”robaron” mi Note 20 porque yo tuve que pagar el iPhone 15 pro al contado.

Pareciera que nunca voy a poder obtener crédito por los 1000 USD que me deberían haber dado por mi teléfono. Tengo todos los documentos, que prueban de que esta señorita, Jennifer Komerman, me prometió este cambio de mi Note 20 por el iPhone 15, pero.T Mobile no se hace responsable de lo que firman sus empleados. 

Debería ir a una Small Claims Court o denunciarlos en Better Business Bureau o si tienen alguna otra sugerencia. Les agradecería muchísimo que me pudieran ayudar y realmente a pesar de haber estado 10 años con esta compañía, tengo el peor de los conceptos de cómo tratan a sus clientes, T Mobile se quedó con mi Note 20 y termine pagando el Iphone 15 completamente.
