I cannot for the life of me get to the right person. I’m trying to get a business account setup using my EIN and get assigned an account executive. Every time I call it seems I end up speaking with a consumer retail person trying to sell me a hotspot. I have four Peplink Max BR2 routers that I’m trying to get connected to TMobile and they don’t understand that.
Does anyone have any idea how I can reach a true business person at TMobile?
FYI - this is not for a static single address connection, these units are for travel.
