How do you turn on/off call forwarding from the T-Mobile Website or T-Mobile app, not from the device? I have multiple business lines and turned call forwarding on on one of them from the Website before. I now want to turn that off but can’t find the function on the Website anymore. And this is a capability I need as a business owner. I need to be able to control my lines without having access to the physical devices.
As a business customer, it is highly critical to be able to forward calls from a non-working or inaccessible device to another phone number in cases where the physical phone is not available, lost, or stolen. Without this ability, critical communication channels can be blocked and unavailable for long periods of time.
T-mobile Hub administrators must have this feature to efficiently forward calls from devices that are not available or working to alternate lines being used as a backup.
The response did not answer my question. Where online is the feature to turn on and off call forwarding for the phones in my account?
Replicating the steps on doing it on your phone using the app doesn't give you the option for call forwarding.
You may want to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter to ask them or raise a ticket.
