View itemized bill
I have been unable to view and/or download my itemized bill for the last two months. As my bills have been $30+ higher than previous, I want to know way. Several calls to CS! Offered to email me the bill - which wasn’t send. Second time I asked, I received a total owed of my current plan and equipment, not anything itemized to detail the additional charges. I was given a new weblink for my business account and it’s “under construction, check back in 24 hours” - same result everytime I check. I had a CSR tell me today that the charges are valid. What? I also found out today that there is NO LONGER a corporate office to escalate issues - it was closed in 2021. So, the lady that answers the corporate phone number will only be connecting you to a CSR or a DTE (dedicated t-mobile expert) which I could have done by dialing 611. She won’t tell you this information unless you ask.After this notice, I am filing with the BBB, FCC and the Attorney General.
I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF TMOBILE! I CAN ACTUALLY SAY METRO AND CRICKET OFFER THE SAME SERVICE FOR LESS HEADACHE!!! MY BILL HAS BEEN UNSTABLE SINCE I OPENED THE ACCOUNT EXACTLY A YEAR AGO! I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERY MONTH TO TRY AND SOLVE ISSUES ON MY BILL AND THIS MONTH MY BILL WENT FROM $238 TO $1,070!!!!! I CALLED AND IT WAS ALL TMOBILE ERROR!!! IF I HAD NOT CHECKED BEFORE HAND THE AUTO PAY WOULD Have TAKEN THIS AMOUNT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN I CALLED TO RESOLVED THE ISSUE THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CALL ME BACK ONCE THE ISSUE IS FIXED AFTER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE. NEXT DAY I CHECKED AND OF COURSE THEY DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE! NOW I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN!! I CANT WAIT UNTIL IM FREE OF THIS SCUMBAG OF A COMPANY!!! **** YOU T-MOBILE!!!
Control of my business lines
How do you turn on/off call forwarding from the T-Mobile Website or T-Mobile app, not from the device? I have multiple business lines and turned call forwarding on on one of them from the Website before. I now want to turn that off but can’t find the function on the Website anymore. And this is a capability I need as a business owner. I need to be able to control my lines without having access to the physical devices.

I think T-Mobile should offer a business hotspot plan for security cameras.
I own several properties and I recently purchased a hotspot to give me remote security camera viewing at one of my properties to test out if this will work for all of my properties. This seemed like a good option because it was less expensive than getting the cheapest internet plan through my cable/phone company at each one of my properties (hint: its not cheap at all). Additionally, I like the portability. If I’m doing a fix and flip or only need internet for a limited time, it makes it easy to grab the hotspot and go to the next project/jobsite. I don’t need to call my cable company to disconnect and reconnect internet at the other property and in remote locations (or for new construction), sometimes service is not even run to the building yet. Anyhow, I’ve realized that I don’t need 5G speeds just for a few cameras streaming. Monitoring full time (which is likely unnecessary, but may be needed for some people) would use quite a bit of data but doesn’t need 5G speeds. I wonder if T-m
Whatsapp with Digits
Has anyone tried using whatsapp on a digits phone?? Been trying to use Digits for over a year and I can’t find a solution that will insure I get all my messages and short codes on both phones. The primary phone will work using a variety of messaging apps in leu of digits messages. The secondary phone (paired digits) receives no short codes and sometimes goes for days without receiving any messages at all. I’m not concerned with using a second app for messages and short codes, I just need a reliable solution.If anyone has solved this problem with any other app or method, please feel free to chime in…
I have talked to T Mobile tech support a 100 times, and Tompkins Bank in NY as well. My job uses Tompkins Bank for Business, and no matter what we have tried, I can’t receive short code messages from Tompkins Bank to my T Mobile phone. It’s been over a month. No one seems to be able to figure this out. The short code number is 89549 that Tompkins sends their message from. Is there anyone, anyone, that can help me with this issue? People in my office with AT&T and Verizon get the messages from Tompkins without issue. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.
I cant pay a bill without and invoice, I can print an invoice casue it wont load.
I just last month set up to be able to get my Invoices through the Tmobile website and i get an email telling me my bill is due so i go to Print an invoice and the Bill page wont load anything but hey pay this amount.I can’t pay it if i dont have an Invoice. Buisness Phones.
Can DIGITS app actively direct calls from voicemail?
Here is what I want to do:We currently have a landline office number. I would like to convert that to a virtual cell number from which calls can be routed to other cell phones. The office number would have an automated voicemail wherein the caller would select an option and their call would be routed to other cell phones based on their selection. (Example: “press 1 for maintenance issues, press 2 for rental inquiries, etc...)Can DIGITS be used in this way or is there another alternative or combination of apps to make this work?
business accout - pathetic service!
As a 6 year plus business customer I called yesterday to cancel two internet towers. I have three and due to compacting our ships I don’t need two of the 3. after the CS rep started asking me why I don’t need them and trying to talk me out of keeping them - I firmly stated I need them cancelled. he verified after looking both were cancelled but told me I’d still be charged the 110 for this month and offered to look at my account to see if money could be saved.. after 10 or so minutes of figuring out that he could save me 30 BUT reduce my services I stated I could do better else where and I would be shopping around. He then stated he could take a look at that 110 I’d be paying and could get rid of that…. wait…. If you could get rid of it now, you could have gotten rid of it at the start.. that was a red flag… I discontinued the call. T-Mobile then sent me that feed back text. I filled it out. today I get a call from T-Mobile - a lady. Asking about my feedback and if there’s anything
T Mobile retail stores and T Mobile kiosks!
Dear T Mobile,Please do not close your retail stores and kiosks because we like going there and your representatives are very helpful. We will miss them. It’s disappointing that T Mobile retail stores and T Mobile kiosks are closing down because I like going to the T Mobile store in person. I would like T Mobile to keep their retail stores and kiosks for everyone in 50 states in the USA everywhere because I want to go to the T Mobile store in person. Tmobile problems on my return of phone
I have been with Nextel since 1997, then it changed to Dprint and now Tmobile. So 23 years they have had my business account. I sent one of my business phones that was in warranty by UPS to Tmobile at 13704 Independence parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76177 and received confirmation from UPS that it had been delivered on January 9th. T-MOBILE 3 days later charges me $1256.50 saying they did receive it. Them after numerous phone calls to customer service the story changed. They said they could have gotten it but the scan part wasn't readable and they needed more time. 7 days later I called again. They kept assuring me that the problem would be resolved. I was transferred to supervisors and more supervisors and today was the last straw. They basically called me a liar and said I have till the 13th of February to pay my bill or they will suspend all my lines. I can't believe this is happening. I don't how to get a hold of someone in corporate to help me. These customer service wo

Online chat can’t help, spent multiple 30 minute calls with support inquiring how to activate the promo included with my new plan, only for them to say the offer is no longer valid even though it’s still plastered all over the site, and within my account management page. Clicking any links sent to me, or clicking the add-on in my plan leads to a, “Contact support” landing page, which of course leads to nothing happening as support can’t figure it out.Anyone else have a similar situation?

Lied to at the store when I went to get 14 pro maxLied to by customer service after I said I didn’t want the 14 plus store said WAS SAME AS PLUS WAS SAME AS PRO MAX BUT CAMERA!Nothing but run around for MONTHS!After pro max arrived said take plus back to store they wouldn’t accept!Shipped back and they said $450 charged would be refunded. Then another DUPERVISOR and I do mean dupervisor said oh no that’s down payment on pro max. You owe $600+ or suspended. These people are total crooks and scammers!
No longer able to upload after switching to T Mobile
After switching to T Mobile 5 G Internet, I can no longer upload files to a business partner. As you can imagine this is aggravating because it is preventing me from completing my work.I’ve tried this with multiple browsers (Edge and Chrome) and get the same results. The files are not large (3 KB). The error I receive is Transport error - HTTP code: 0 for URL: Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could change? I had no issues with my previous providers, Spectrum and TDS.
using reward points to purchase a new device
I have been a customer for 7 years my plan is a business account with five lines. Over the course of 7 years I have accumulated a significant amount of reward points. I have never used my points, but now I am interested in using them to purchase a new device through the T-Mobile store. My question is how do I go about accessing my points and then using them on a device which I choose to purchase. Everything that I've looked through and researched on the T-Mobile app and on their website only says something about Tuesday and nothing about reward points
