Hi, I've spent literally 3 days trying to get this fixed but when I go to start activation for the Google One 2TB + Unlimited Photos it says"You can't activate your plan with this account. To finish activation, switch to the account you used to sign up for Google One."T-Force has no resolution and Google Support says they can't help since it's billed through T-Mobile.Does anyone know how I can get this fixed I definitely do not have any other Google account at all. Google Support was useless and I just get thrown back and forth between T-Mobile & Google Support.
I had TMobile for many many years. I was a loyal paying customer. I left T-Mobile in December when I got married and joined my husband’s account. I tried to login for a final bill but my account had not more access immediately. I never received an email or phone call. My last bill went to a very very old address and was forwarded to me. I paid the bill with Tmobile.I am not purchasing a home after a divorce and was told this shows up on my credit report because I was sent to collections! This is the only hit on my credit report in 20+ years and is dropping my score by 60-80 points! I would love to have this removed or to receive a letter of deletion for this on my credit report. How can I go about fixing this?
I had a home internet plan for over 12 months with no issues. I recently switched over my phones and have had nothing but issues and lack of communication.The system ask me to manage my netficks account - but then states:Oops your rate plan is not eligible for this benefit. To get this benefit , change your plan.Local store has spent several hours on it. Opened a ticket. I called and spent 3 hours on it and they cant find the ticket or the issue. Local store reached out to regional support - no follow up.I am at a complete loss of where to go next? I have spent a lot of time on a simple issue.

Essentials: It is for $30 line per month and offers a basic data package. It will cost $90 per month on Autopay for 3 lines and the 3rd line will be free. Magneta: This data bundle is for a $40 line per month and this offer covers many services. On Autopay, it costs $120 per month for 3 lines and the 3rd line will be free. Magneta Max: The data bundle will cost you $47 line per month. This will cost you $140 per month for 3 lines on Autopay and the 3rd line will be free.
I have been with T-mobile for seventeen years. In the beginning the customer service was acceptable, then a couple of years ago I thought the customer service was the best I was getting from any business I deal with. I always spoke on the phone to someone located in the state where I live. But the service is terrible now. Like almost all customer service departments it is located in the Philippines or some other foreign land and I can’t communicate with most of the agents. I don.t understand what they are saying and they don’t understand me. For a couple of weeks now I have been trying to trade in my phone. TM says I can trade in for free. But every time I talk to an agent they e-mail me a contract to sign that says I will be billed payments for 24 months but they won’t put anything in writing for me saying that they will give me credit for the same amount for 24 months. They expect me to put it in writing that I will pay them but they also expect me to trust them that they will cred
How do you access the tmobile firstname.lastname@example.org they provided. Never new I had an email with tmobile or how to access it. I need to reset my password to log into the McAfee account. I also already have an established account how can I change my email to the one I already have.
Getting a little irritated with T-Mobile. First we are told that Jump 1.0 is ending then it isn't but now I'm being told I can't use my benefits and given the run around. Four different reps have given me 4 different excuses and I'm to the point that I'm about to say screw it and go to Verizon.
When you read the comparison of the Magenta Max and Go5G Plus plans, they appear to be the same except for the JUMP! vs New in Two. I did see a disclaimer that the autopay would discount will be changing. Anyone want to shed some light on that? Also, when I logged into my account, it said I have to call to get the price for Go5G. Why? I don’t want to talk to customer service or be oversold on some nonsense I don’t want or need. Give me the price, let me do the research and make a self-informed decision.
After hours and hours of speaking with numerous representatives over the past month I have got ZERO help. They promise me they will have someone call me back AND THEY NEVER DO! Tmobile has screwed up in so many ways I would have to write a book to explain what happened. I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years and this is how they treat us loyal customers?! Now I know why all my friends are leaving Tmobile. . I'll be going over to Verizon to see what they will do for me.
Tmobile Account Setup - Link to one phone number, should be link to email address or ask security question.
I just noticed, my account has been moved to Tmobile completely. When I created account on tmobile, it only asked me to link account to one of the tmobile phone. since then, every time i login, it send passcode to that phone and i had to enter it. My all tmobile phone use by my wife and kids. Now it is hassle to get passcode from them all the time.Instead, the Tmobile systme ask security question or send code to email address or provide mover options to where send code either phone number or email address or just ask security questions. Please update the tmobile system like other well established carriers, sprint used to be like very friendly security options. thanks,
We have used T-Mobile as our cell provider for many years and have our account auto pay monthly on a credit card. Today we got a text that T-Mobile will no longer offer its $10 per month savings when you auto pay unless you remove your credit card and pay by electronic check or debit card. Auto pay benefits T-Mobile the most, letting it get timely monthly payments and avoiding the big cost of chasing delinquent payments. We use our United Airlines Visa to auto pay now, which also is a partner with T-Mobile. Besides complaining to T-Mobile, I will complain to United Airlines, who wants me to use my credit card. This is a TERRIBLE business decision, T-Mobile. My business takes credit cards and does not penalize its customers. Who is with me in complaining to T-Mobile?
TMobile lied and said I would get a free razr plus phone if I added a line. I confirmed with 2 representatives. Both representatives said I would only need to pay the 35 dollar activation fee and 20 dollars a month. Instead my card was charged 263 dollars without my permission and 24 dollars extra a month for the phone. I spoke to multiple representatives and nobody could help me. The last representative flat out said that they scammed me and that I would have to just deal with it. TMobile is a huge scam
I recently “upgraded” from my OnePlus (veteran) plan to the Go5GPlus plan and my service is still terrible. I additionally lost previous capabilities I had with my original plan. Not only has my bill gone up but service has not improved. How to I revert my plan back? The 5G network is no faster than the throttled 4G I had previously. While on the phone with customer service to upgrade my plan I also wanted to upgrade my phone. The phone was processed 12 July 2023. I have not received the phone or any delivery updates. It was not made clear the amount the phone bill would increase or the capabilities that would be lost (e.i. $4.99 FAMILY Netflix). Lastly, I am being prompted to return my trade-in. I have not received the phone, yet the 30 day timer is counting down. I am disappointed and would like to be contacted immediately on options for terminating the plan or remediating the situation.
Hello, About 2-3 months ago I changed the autopay payment method in my T-mobile account from one method to another, from a checking account to a credit card. The system shows that my new method is the DEFAULT method of payment. However, the autopay is pulling out of the checking account that was originally used. It just happened again today. The credit card method is the DEFAULT method of payment, yet T-Mobile is only withdrawing from the old account. My old account is a closed down business for which I need to keep it open for another couple months, but it’s not right for the debits to come from that business anymore. This is a very big problem! While I wait for an answer, I am going to DELETE the old method of payment. We’ll see how that goes.
I just last month set up to be able to get my Invoices through the Tmobile website and i get an email telling me my bill is due so i go to Print an invoice and the Bill page wont load anything but hey pay this amount.I can’t pay it if i dont have an Invoice. Buisness Phones.
How far back can I go to get usage details. I was with Sprint and I was able to go back as far as I wanted to see usage details. Once it switched over to TMobile. I previous history of the previous usage is gone. Does anyone know how I can go beyond current and previous cycles to see the usage details?
I’ve switched carriers to T-Mobile since April 2023 and as of now I have not received my rebate card that was “authorized”. Every time I contact them everything is “perfect” on their side and I’ll be receiving a link for my rebate since the “previous one” that was never sent expired.What a business here!!!!
I ordered a 5G internet service from T-Mobile on May 8th 2023And returned the device to Irving store by Jun 8th 2023 Told the guide that I’m moveing out of the US , need to cancel the service. I received a new bill $62.05 on June 26I think it’s still on processing for the return and I can get a refund after that. So I paid it.But I receive another bill yesterday… Please see attached receipt of return device , confirm the cancellation of the service and refund my overpayment. Appreciate for your assistance.
