I have 6 lines on the Business Unlimited Advanced plan and would like to upgrade to the Business Unlimited Ultimate plan. If I do this, will I lose the promotion I have for the third free line?

You will have to reach out to Customer Care at 611 or you can also send a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to have someone look into the qualifications for that free line promo and if migrating your plan would terminate that promo.
