Tmobile did not value long term cutomers

Tmobile doesn’t let apply promotion to replacement line. 1 of our family plan user left but I got them 2 more people. They suggested that I could leave tmobile if this doesn’t work for me even when I am with them for 5 years. No value for their long term customers.

Wesite url blocked from SMS msgs

Hi ​​My hosted website URL is being blocked.I think it was flagged as spam, Sending text msgs (containing site URL) appear as Sent, though don't arrive. What is needed to get website unflagged?​Thank you

Prepaid minutes

I used to have an entry in my contact list where I could get my dollar amount and minutes available for my prepaid phone. That entry has been removed. Does anyone know of the number I believe it was a 3 digit number with an * in front of it.

I am not looking for advice. I am just here to express my frustrations. I have been with T-mobile for several years. I have 3 active lines. We are all needing to upgrade our phones so I called to see what promotions were available. I was told , if I add a line, it would be $800 off any iPhone. In order to qualify, I would have to open a new account. After 5 hours, 4 phone calls and multiple representatives, I opened a new account and terminated mine. My father was added as he is military and there is a discounted plan for families of our military. I had plans to go in and get our new phones today. I called T-mobile again and was told I was given wrong information. I would still have to add 3 new lines even though it is a new plan. I am in kidney and liver failure with very limited income. I would have thought they would have honored the information I was told. They won't. The representative I spoke with tonight basically said there is nothing they can do. I am pretty frustrated and ups

Why i have to download the Bill?

I don’t want to download, I just want to view the bill. I was sprint customer and their website was pretty good. Their page navigation was pretty fast unlike T-mobile(just name is big). Sprint use to help me view the overview of my Bill and it has corresponding name to the my family numbers, which was pretty easy to identify but with T-mobile, it will download my bill and i have to match the number with name to split my bill.

What is the Difference

When I switch to T-Mobile from at&t I was told by the sales rep that I would get a $150 Costco card and a $200 port in mastercard times 2 for 2 lines they would also give me a new iphone 14 OR pay off my iphone 13 up to $800( in my case it was $635 witch they did times 2 for 2 line ) but they won’t give me the $150 costco or $200 port in times 2 $700 because they paid off my phoneWhat is the difference in They give me a new phone and the 150 plus 200 times 2 OR They keep thier free phone but pay off my phones ( and not give me the costco card and $200 port in times 2 )
