Accounts, Plans, Features, and Billing
We had a 2nd phone line for a year or so, and our bill went up for the 2nd line. The person using it mostly just transferred it to a different phone company, and our t-mobile bill shows the decrease in phone lines. But the billing amount didn’t decrease. We’re sorta curious about this, and I can’t find any information (other than the transfer of the phone number to another company) in our statement. Does anyone have an explanation for why we seem to be paying permanently for the 2nd phone number, when t-mobile no longer serves it?
I have a situation that’s just not getting the right attention to resolve. My fiancé currently has Verizon as her phone provider. She had insurance coverage on her new iphone purchased in May and five months later the phone’s touchscreen was not responding and glitching, so she replacement phone for the same exact model. The malfunctioning phone was sent back via UPS store drop off. We have tracking number & paperwork confirming, along with confirmation that UPS received scanned in packaged phone at their facility. Date she dropped off at UPS store was Nov 30 2021. She was disconnected Dec 22. Why disconnected..? she now had been charged for the original malfunctioning phone that still had not been received to Verizon’s warehouse. On Jan 22 2022 she has been disconnected again from service bc the amount of the malfunctioning phone still has not been received to updated/reflect account amount. Now it’s over $1300 with all the extra fees and taxes. We are not happy with this unjustif
Okay I’ve been with t-mobile since may 2020. I brought a new red iPhone XR, I got on the 50 prepaid & was doing that for a year & a half. Every time I tried to use my t-mobile app it wouldn’t work. I ask t-mobile employees about my app not working the couldn’t help me. I recently switched to a plan & my app still not working it’s been almost 2 years & the app never work. Idk what to do at this point
In my account - Check Usage I have ability to see Text Message Logs, but it only shows 1000 messages. Is it possible to please change the sorting on message log to show most recent 1000 messages? Currently it is ordered oldest to newest. Problem is once I pass 1000 messages in the period, the log in no longer useful. Please sort this newest to oldest. or provide instructions to change this myself if possible.Thank you.
I need to extract about 4 months of text messages from my phone for a legal issue. Instead of screen shotting every single one and editing them, if there a way I can extract them from my iphone 13 through the T-Mobile website? I already went to usage and downloaded data; however, it does not show the actual messages sent. TIA
Has anyone else been promised by T-Mobile that they would receive compensation after they switched to this carrier? I was with Verizon for forever and finally decided to switch because I kept hearing about how great it T-Mobile was. They also promised that they would pay $600 dollars towards my final Verizon bill. I have been waiting for months and the service isn’t even good. At all. I keep asking and asking and nothing happens. Did this happen to anyone else?
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find any answers. I'm considering switching to a simply prepaid plan, but spend a lot of time in an area with only roaming coverage (US Cellular is the only network there). As a prepaid customer, would domestic roaming for calls/texts be included in my plan? Also, would I get any data? Thanks!
I am having my Wells Fargo emails forwarded to my phone by tmomail.netWells Fargo does not text debit card alerts. It has to be email. It used to not work, then it worked well, now it’s not working again.I believe it’s the same old problem. Wells Fargo has once again become spam.My lines on AT&T at least send the subject of the email. Enough to know that the debit card has been used.Push notifications from Wells Fargo are unreliable.I would like this fixed (again).Thank you.
Are there any novel ways to use up my $110 balance in my legacy pay as you go prepaid account. I have had it for years as an emergency backup with a separate number on an inexpensive phone. I also have a separate primary Tmobile post paid Magenta account as my main account. I don’t want to forfeit the legacy balance, so I just top in off with $10 each year. I do wish Tmobile were more flexible with the balance.. even partial credit on post paid or another prepaid like Tmobile connect would be something or a full refund would be great. That said, are there any ways to use it up?… buy food, door dash, etc…. I m doubtful. but. what’s the best way to use it up. I guess I’m thankful the emergency hasn’t come.
