What happened to my team of experts in Atlanta? I've called customer care FOUR times today, waited between 20-40 minutes each time and all 4 times I have been disconnected because I am in a bad service area. Only one time did I receive a call back and what is worse, each rep (including 2 supervisors) have told me different information; mostly because they all interpret the English language a bit different, as well as possess a different knowledge of what is and is not possible. JD Power award for customer support no more. How do I file a formal complaint and speak with a rep in the US?
I love to eat from Which-fill-A; however, can’t make the orders using my T-Mobile phone on its network EVEN with 5G and all the bars. It doesn't connect with the servers there and doesn't allow the orders to go through when trying to make a mobile order. Now, I changed from AT&T but my wife’s work phone is under that company. If we use the AT&T phone as a hub, connect the T-Mobile to it and then make the order it works perfect. This happens EVERY TIME for the past year or more, in many if not all stores in the east coast or at least Florida. So my honest question. Is AT&T a better network? and Should I go back?
I want to transfer to the other company, but my son is out of town so he needs to keep the current SIM until then. Can I deactivate the rest family member now and leave one for my son and deactivate his later? If it’s possible, how to charge?
I ported in to T-mobile recently and i was charged $140 (2 lines on Magenta Max) upfront and then got monthly bills at the regular frequency. I have spoken with 3 different customer care reps and 2 store reps and got different answers from everyone. The latest answer I got is that this is a security deposit that I can utilize for my last bill. Has anyone faced a similar situation?
Has this happened to anyone? I did an account transfer to my mom, in which my act was closed. (Dec’22)Before the transfer my mom purchased a new phone. They didn’t transfer my moms billing to the new account. So i was charged on my old account which still had my card info I called over the phone and was told i couldn’t be refunded because the account is closed. Apparently the process when transferring was done wrong. I had to transfer my moms device over to the new account before closing. I was helped with both transferring acct and closing (since it couldn’t be done at the t-mobile store) over the phone, so the person helping me have had to known that since the point was to transfer the acct (DEVICES AND ALL). I had NO idea they were going to charge me, i did not receive any statements for my last bill or ANYTHING. Plus i was charged in January too!!When i log in online it goes straight to my moms new account. So there was no way for my to see my bill for January or Feb! I woke up
I've recently noticed that when I use my Fuel Rewards card (daily $0.05 off) to fill up with my T-Mobile Tuesday savings (additional $0.05 off), the price is always $0.01 MORE when I get my receipt than what's posted at the actual pump. This is the case at all the different Shell gas stations I've used in the DFW (Texas.) What's up with this? I got gas today and it was posted for $3.03. With the $0.10 off, I should've paid $2.93 per gallon, but when I got my receipt, it clearly shows they took $0.10 off of $3.04. So I ended up paying $0.17 more than I should have.
Why has t-mobile constantly overcharged me and now cut my service when I agreed to a payment plan , and I guess I'm gonna have to set up to file a complaint thru fcc or bbb when I got proof of there charged and what I paid and proof that their chat customer service agents disconnected from chat on purpose
I have been trying to port a number from Comcast business to T-mobile. It keeps failing and I am asked to call customer support to supply additional information. When I call support, they just ask the same questions as before - they do not look at the history. There seems to be no way to escalate this problem to someone who can actually help. I have attempted the T-mobile support requests 10 times - still no port-in. Is there any way to escalate this problem?
As of last Thursday, April 6, 2023, cell phone issues occurred at my work site with Broward County Public Schools. I am not getting a signal. In fact, there is an “x” instead of bars. My cell phone (call/texts) is used to authenticate my MS account. Please advise
Before our account switched over from Sprint, international roaming worked as exppected. However, the last 3 trips (to Israel, France, and Switzerland) the performance of the voice and SMS services have been poor. Some family members can receive texts, some cannot. Outbound calls rarely work. Inbound calls are hit or miss. Data generally works, although in France Orange seemed to intentionally slow things down through latency On the last trip, we spent over an hour with customer service to no avail Are other Sprint or TMobile subscribers experiencing this.
Sales agents at the T Mobile in Fayette Mall Lexington, KY are not truthful. In May they replaced my own phone w/ Samsung A32 saying it was free. But from November I’m being charged $19 for the phone claiming “offer is over.” in May they did not have iphone12 purple in stock so they said I could receive it by mail and return my old iPhone 7 to the Mall as the trade-in (I had concerns T-mobile would not agree w/ Mall agents that the iphone 7 was tradeable). After receiving the iphone 12 in the mail I returned to the mall to give my iphone 7 trade-in. They wouldn’t accept it and the agent lied saying he never told me to return it to their mail store.I will not deal w/ T-mobile agents at the Fayette Mall again.
