we have been to tmobile store twice to complete trade in offer on 3 phones but every time the system has been down and we are told to come back in 24 hours. Is this a normal occurrence?

Anyone else not getting support?

I converted to a business account about 10 years ago.  No support, my “account manager” never calls or responds.  I have been with Nextel/Sprint/TMobile since 1999.  Loyaly is NOT rewarded.  Any help on getting a response other than “I will call you on…..” that never materializes?

In Nov. 2022 I saw a promotion for a free android phone when you start new service. I called t-mobile and they set me up with the free phone on their lowest plan. I got the first bill and saw I was being billed for the phone, I called T-Mobile and they said it takes two billing cycles. It was then finally comprehended by a supervisor in January after I was stonewalled and gaslighted that the agent set me up on the wrong plan which disqualified me for the promotion, even though that was not my job to know, I was then bullied into accepting $100 credit for a $400 phone I asked to return it and they said no because it’s been over 25 days. It took over 25 days for the problem to present itself. I now pay for a phone I don’t use, as I told the agent at sign up I would wait to have money for a iPhone if the phone isn’t free, but if the phone free I will try it out and get the iPhone later unless I liked the android…. IF THE PHONE IS FREE. I wish I would have just stayed with metro and paid $

Using a debit card for autopay

When I go to sign up for Autopay I’m offered 3 choices, Apple pay, bank draft or credit card.  There’s no debit card option.  If I add my debt card under the “credit card” option it shows up as a Visa.  Will I still get the monthly discount?

charges for 2 days of service?

I ported it over from Verizon after two days I decided to port back. I had reached out to customer service prior to that and they told me that I had 14 days for buyers remorse and I would not get charged for anything. There’s a satisfaction  guarantee, Today I went into my bank account and I saw that T-Mobile withdrew $96 from my account. When they told me they were not going to charge me for anything.. has that happened to anyone? I already submitted a complaint with the FCC. Hopefully they help me figure it out

Use Northlane virtual rebate CC on purchasing gift card for a virual store. Thank you to Jennexxer for the idea.

**** Oops! Misspelling in title for “virtual” that I can’t fix.*********************Virtual rebate CC is a pain to use because I couldn’t find any virtual stores I shop from let me split the payment using the exact amount of gift card ($50) and then applying another payment. As an example, I wanted to use my $50 CC to shop at pet store and then use another CC for remaining balance. But, store would not let me say just use $50 from Northlane and then use another card for remainder. It wanted to charge Northlane the amount > $50 which caused Northlane to decline it. Because this is virtual can’t walk into a bricks and mortar and have clerk enter all the CC info and then pay remainder as I can with a physical gift card (use lots of Visa gift cards this way). I also don’t want to pay a fee to transfer $50 to some account I could access easily, or use Samsung, Google Pay, or some other app. Thanks to Jennexxer for the Amazon gift card idea. I shop Amazon all the time and can easily use t

my email address in my profile is wrong. I thought this was fixed a few weeks ago, but clearly it has not been corrected.   I need that corrected ASAP as i have just made a purchase and need to receive emails regarding it. And yes, I tried to go in and correct it myself but the system will not let me.

Upgrade on a trade-in using Go5G Next promo - "Get one on us with trade on Go5G Next"

I currently have an iPhone 13 that I got through T-Mobile when I switched from AT&T well over a year ago. According to my account, I owe $193.33 on this device. My account says I am eligible for an upgrade, so I am trying to upgrade to an iPhone 15. For context, I recently switched my plan from Magenta MAX to Go5G Next. T-Mobile is running a promotion that says, “Get one ON US with trade on Go5G Next”. To be eligible for this promotion: (1) “Purchase an eligible iPhone 15, iPhone 14 or iPhone SE (3rd Gen) series on a monthly payment plan and pay the applicable sales tax on the pre-credit price at time of purchase.” (2) “Have or add a new line of service to a Go5G Next rate plan.” and (3) “Trade in an eligible device in good condition.” I am eligible based on these conditions. However, when I go to trade it in and redeem the upgrade, it says that in addition to the taxes, I must pay the remaining balance on my current device that I am trying to trade in.  So my question is… if I am

Can't order online

Why can't I order online? It's says after I click on add new line it says Sorry you can't place an order at this time, call customer support. Doing that will charge support fees right? I'm trying to change from Xfinity to T-Mobile since I have Internet with T-Mobile, but if its this difficult I might as well stay with Xfinity. I don't won't to call or go to the store when I can do it myself in 20mins instead 2 hours talking to a rep. Plus the online deal. This is ridiculous.

iPhone not delivered and no delivery date

We ordered an iphone 15 pro more than a week ago. It was not delivered by the deadline, Dec. 18,  and UPS currently shows no delivery date or progress. We need to cancel this order and start over if the phone can not be located.

Dropped Calls! Calls als just go to VM CAnt take this anymore!

Nothing but issues since Sprint went away in March!  TMOBILE may have nice cust service, but I guess they have to since their service is terrible.  I am on business, personal, emergency calls that just drop, and again, and again.  This is unacceptable but I guess they get away with it.   SPRINT WAS THE BEST SERVICE EVER.  TBMOBILE Unreliable and ripping us off.  Why am I paying for a phone to use it on WIFI in my house that I am also paying for?!  What is the FCC doing about it? Nothing

Exclusive Perks for Home Internet customers -- NOT!

On 12/8/23 I received an email with a supposedly exclusive deal for me as a Home Internet customer. The “Deals for You” were they would pay off my phone, up to $800, if I switched to T-mobile wireless, plus I would receive a gift card to be spent at T-mobile for $200 for each new line ported in from Verizon if a Go5G Plus plan was chosen.  Also, my 5G Home Internet would be reduced to $30 per month. On the email it stated to call 1-800-866-2453. I did so on 12/9/23 and arranged to port 2 wireless lines and 2 watches to T-mobile from Verizon. I selected the Go5G plus 55 plan which I was told would qualify for this offer. After spending hours on the telephone with customer service I was advised I was not eligible for the $200 per new ported in line because they had reimbursed me for the amount still owing on my 2 i-phone 14s. In my opinion this was a bait and switch email if I’m not eligible for the additional $200 per line, because I received reimbursement for my telephones. Not a question, some information about what was found over many hours of Apple support time.  Many of those hours were because my Apple ID was ancient and needed to be updated to an newer email based ID.  -- It was initially created for my 30GB hard disk iPod.  A long time ago...Wait for the SMS activation link to be sent.  Even though the page/documentation might make you think it’s immediate, done from the activation link in the web site, activation is accomplished via a link that’s sent to you via SMS.  You’ll get one that says they’re working on it, then you’ll get one prompting you to activate the association.  The activation text/link is the one you want.      Don’t use Brave browser.  Chrome works, Brave does not.   The terms and conditions UIs for AppleTV are blocked by Brave browser, and no notification is presented.  The authentication UIs are displayed, but the consent UIs are not.  Chrome works, Brave does not. data useage access

Why isn't there access to data usage in the T-Mobile app??? It is ridiculous to log in to T-Mobile account and get a password every time you want to view your usage.  Let alone using more data while trying to access the information

I want to sens feedback to t-mobile without publishing it to the world. I do not see any way to do that.  I am not about making bad comments or threats. I have a personal account issue,which should not be broadcast to the public.  I am tired of waiting an hour on the phone.

Incredible Service from Jetta

We recently moved over from Verizon and spent hours on the phone with different agents sending me on a wild goose chase trying to port our numbers and activate our SIMS. We were finally told to go to a physical location to complete the process and thank heavens we did. The employee who helped us yesterday and today was phenomenal. Her name is Jetta B. I found it interesting the manager did not schedule enough employees to work so there were only two there. It was packed and they were slammed all day long. The manager didn't even come in to help. Jetta was apologetic for our wait, but so understanding and knew how to fix every problem we had. She even stayed past her shift to make sure we had everything done. During that time the other staff would come to her with questions and she would politely answer and come back to us. Even when the two new staff came in at shift change she was answering questions for them. She handled the customers and store so well.We weren’t able to get everythi
