Am I eligible for AppleTV+ with my T-Mobile account (Magenta and two phone lines?

I thought I was suppose to get AppleTV+ with my T-mobile cell phone account… is that not true anymore?

Disappointment with Buy 1 get 700usd off

Over 2 months ago, I went to get two iphones. The shopkeeprr offer buy 1 and get second one 700 usd off. He handed over one phone (pro model was avaiable at store) and mentioned, the other one is not available and he can’t place the order for shipping, He asked me to go ahead and order from my phone, He did not give headsup on buying it as 24 months finance terms (first one he had set, I did not know). When I went home, I completed the purchase and paid upfront. Then after a week when billing cycle came, account did not reflect any 700 usd return  part (partial or full) then went to the store. Some other shopkeeper (after a long wait) said to check with “contact us” phone call. I called up tmobile customer service and the oncall gave some reason which I could not understand and said offer can’t be applied and go back to store. Then back in store, they said wait for two billing cycles and it will reflect. Now after 2 billing cycles I went to store again, this time some other representat

bad customer service :(

they lied too me and played me I payed 700.09$They told me my iPhone 14 Pro Max would be unlocked and that my lines would be reconnected and once I payed one day later I call t mobile again asking to unlock my device and they told me that my phone is not payed off and I told them there t mobile employee told me that my iPhone 14 Pro Max and the Apple Watches would be unlocked and he told me I don’t know why he would say that  and I told him if the calls are recorded check the calls I would never lie about that and he started yelling at me and clicked a couple days later I called again and they told me that I canceled my 360 protection for my sceeen protector and my iPhone 14 Pro Max and my iPhone 13 when I never called and canceled they told me with there own words that I called and I canceled  and I broke down crying because it was not the truth and I payed the screen protector with the phones to have 360 protection and I never canceled it and they said we are sorry we will give u a s

Spam calls on Tmobile

Not sure if others have noticed it as well - my mobile number was on another carrier’s network for 8+ years, and I rarely got any spam calls. Then I move over to Tmobile and it is as if floodgates open up on spam calls - and that is not the worst. I start using the Scam Shield app and the number of spam calls per day goes up manifold - and the worst thing is several of the numbers are those that the ScamShield app would have me believe that I have already ‘blocked’ and ‘reported as spam or fraud calls’. Has anyone engaged Tmobile on this? Curious what (if anything) is their response? It would seem to me the data leak might be from their side, which has increased the spate of spam calls. Thanks!

Re-Activate Recently (4 days ago) disconnected # (# change) to download iCloud info onto factory reset phone w/new T-Mobile # TEMP

Phone was hacked from previous boyfriend advanced IT professional.  Performed phone number change as advised by T-Mobile on iPhone then went to T-Mobile store-again advised by T-Mobile to factory reset iPhone.Shen attempted to restore contents from iCloud (which is EVERYTHING PERSONAL, LEGAL & PROFESSIONAL in my life stored in there) the number it is registered under is my previous, now disconnected phone number.Went to Apple directly and because of security purposes, managers stated slim chance I would be able to recover even through 1-800-APL-CARE.Advice was to contact T-Mobile to temporarily activate old number (approximately 1hour or less to download iCloud contents onto new # factory reset phone then contact T-Mobile to advise when completed to fully disconnect #).Was previously authorized user on T-Mobile account.  Since household changes have been made, user authorization had been revoked however via T-Mobile App CHAT FUNCTION on Sunday (4 days ago) as unauthorized user was

Upgrade question

I am trying to upgrade to a new phone. I chose the line that is eligible for upgrade, chose a phone, verified my trade in device and when I get to the cart it says “New Phone Line” . The number is the same as the one I’m upgrading. Is this adding a line with the same phone number or is this an actual upgrade ? I do not want to add another line. I just want to upgrade my actual phone and send back the trade in.

Why I can't see any benefit after I UPGRADE my plan?

So far I find out I can’t see any benefit from my T-Mobile account. I still can use one free Netflix account but I can’t find my AAA membership as Tmobile customer said I should got one. And I also can not check any benefit from the website.

How to reach customer care number who speaks English?

Ive never gotten a person who speaks English.. Only Spanish.. I asked if they speak english, they say no.. and put me back into the queue…. Im calling from a California Number…

Wonderful Customer Service at Store 506E

We have visited store 506E on several occasions for different issues. Every time we go in the store, we are greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism at its finest. Noura, the store manager, is a pleasure to work with. Her sytle of management, guidance, and support of her staff is remarkable. On our last visit, a few days ago, we worked with Justin and Noura. We never feel rushed, all of our questions were answered, and our issues were resolved. Noura always goes above and beyond and her staff follows in her footsteps. The customer service at this store is top-notch! Keep up the great work!!

20 Year Customer Asks: "What is your problem?!!"

2 months ago, this incredibly irritating situation started.. I was a 5G home internet customer.. I moved and my internet no longer worked. I informed you my internet was broken and you sent another router.. of course, this didn't fix the problem, because it was the location and not the equipment… You sent me 1 return label with the new router, so I returned the old router, then it took several calls for your customer service to send me a new label for the newer router..This was of course right around the time you threatened me with a 399.97 non-return fee..I sent the item back the day I got the item, on several occasions you texted me and told me you had received these items and that the non-return fee would be removed.. Well, as it neared the end of the month, I noticed this fee was not removed.. so I called and spent quite a bit of time with a CSR and they promised they would remove the fee before the bill was charged to my autopay.. I have had Magenta Max since Dec 2022The service stopped working in May 2024. I stopped getting my unlimited data and cell service.I reported loss of service and did multiple rounds of technical support from mid May to June to fix it. They did not. I didn't have service for almost a month when i stopped Autopay in June  and announced suspension of my account because I wasn't getting service.Customer service has been despicable since then.I submitted dozens of attachment proofs to customer service and customer service refused to acknowledge any of evidence taken from May to July. They insisted I owed them money for May-JulyI notified the company that they have voided the contract and I asked for my phone to be unlocked. I haven't had phone service since May, I NEED to find a legitimate phone carrier.T-Mobile has continued to charge me for June and July despite not having Magenta Max for over 2 monthes. I haven't had unlimited data or cell service since May and they cut off my amenities

T mobile blames customers

I am 9 months pregnant. Less than two weeks from delivering. My husband and I needed to use this paycheck to get the last few baby items we needed before the baby arrives so even though we do not usually we decided to split our payment as T-Mobile allows. I wanted to pay half and the other half in two weeks. But T-Mobile only allowed for first payment in two weeks and the second in a month. Silly I thought, so I made the first payment (unknowingly doing so in an amount that was 1 cent off) through the app and intending to call T-Mobile later to cancel one of the auto pays. As I have done in the past. The customer service rep I got when I did call today, two weeks later was not only not helpful and rude but just kept telling me over and over again how this was my fault and she can't do anything. I made a fuss and she kept putting me on hold but resolved that if I made the minimum payment of $1.50 that would take care of the first payment and they could cancel the auto pay. This I was fi
