I had a T-Mobile plan and it was the Senior 55+. My bill was never over $55. I traded in my phone for an iPhone 14 and it was tall for sure that it would not be more than $75 a month. I was reassured over and over again that it would not be more than $75 a month I’m a senior on a budget and I can’t afford more than that. They reassured me once again it would not be over $75 a month and guess what it comes to $115 a month! that’s monthly! That’s ridiculous! I called to argue about this and I could either take it or leave it. And since they already signed a contract, I couldn’t leave it because I was in a contract. So now I am paying $40 more a month than I had budgeted in. Where is that money supposed to come from? I have to take from something else just to get this. I can’t believe how they screwed me on this. There’s no compromising, there’s no trying to work this out, there’s nothing. Just take it or leave it. How many more elderly were taking advantage of ?
so i have an unlimited data plan with my I Pad. and as soon as T mobile took over the billing i lost all video services on my I pad. it has now rolled over into a new billing period but i STILL do not have any video services on my i pad (you tube, Netflix, prime video, etc) but everything else works just fine or as expected. does anyone know what i can or have to do, to get those services back or turned on?
Their sole purpose is to strongly discourage anyone from ever calling them in the first place. They can get away with this because there isn’t much competition as there is just a cartel of a few big carriers. The people you talk to sound like they are working in a prison and if you’d be surprised by that then you haven’t been paying attention.
I was in the TMobile store 🏬 n West Dundee IL because my iPhone 13 kept crashing and resetting itself. The man who helped me is named Millie or Mille or close to that. He usually works in the Crystal Lake store, but he was helping out in Dundee yesterday. This man was cool, calm, and collected as well as a genius as he diagnosed the problem. He somehow fixed my phone. He closed about a million open windows, which I didn’t know should get closed after use. My 28 year old daughter had passed away on April 5, 2022, and my biggest concern and wish was to save every text she sent me. He did some stuff, and then made sure all texts were in my iCloud AND he sent all her texts s to my iPad, too. I have them safely backed up and on both devices. It was hard holding back the tears. Millie was also very cool to talk to as he worked. Very kind, funny, and interesting. I mean, tmMillie is a truly kind person. Not to mention his genius mind. I’m pretty old but we actually clicked- no generation
I need to get a mobile hotspot for my company office but need to have it on a separate account so I can set up payment with my corporate CC. I do not want to add it to my personal account so I can maintain a separation of the two for accounting and expensing purposes. I do not want to open a business account because that will involve having to go through the corporate red tape of our organization. Can I create a separate account outside of my personal account just for this mobile hot spot device and plan?
Most terrible experience that I have ever had. 1) They lost data again, and now I getting spam calls all the time.2) App is working terribly and lagging all the time.3) Can't pay for the subscription because the activity of this company is suspicious for my bank and the bank banned it.4) And it's impossible to contact support I wonder how you survive in the XXI century with such service?I honestly think to quit, it's amazing.
