Accounts, Plans, Features, and Billing
SO this haopened tmobile tried to illegally charge me. I called them out on it and Carrie the agent was like oh well we refunded it so no big deal but only reason you refunded it is because i called you out on it and said i would report to FTC. IF i didnt catch or was on autopay TMOBILE would of illegally taken 5 from my account. SO not only will they put and illegal item on bill/ create fraudulent bill if you domt catch them they will also take the $$ for that fraudulent charge that tmobile created.Please people get off autopay, go back to paper statements and def check your bill every month. stats 101 if you have over hundred thousand customers and fraudulently charge one chances are you are doing it to others. think hypothetically tmobile does this to 1000/month times minumin of $5 per customer thats an illegal 5000/month tmobile is fraudulently charging customers, thats over 50,000 a year....hypothetically if tmobile did do this on massive scales they are collect alot of illeg
We have Family Mode, so we can limit our 13yr old on his phone. The data block seems to just reset itself. One moment is says he is close to his 2hr limit, then the next moment it shows he has only used 15min. The time blocks seem to easily be defeated but the app says he is connected to the VPN. I have restrictions on, on his phone so he cannot delete the app. What can be the problem?
When I switched to Magenta, I made sure to come in AFTER the 16th of the month. I figured, then my pay date would be the same as vomit yellow, and my budget won't change...Turns out, TMo now has my due date on or near the 13th... How can I get my Due date moved a few days later, say 16-20th?
On my iPhone 8, in the upper left of the screen, between the bars and the wi-fi symbols, the words T-Mobile Wi-Fi scroll constantly. It's distracting!I waited over 90 minutes in chat support for the agent to tell me to turn the wi-fi off, which is like telling me to treat my foot pain by cutting off my foot. It solves the problem, sure, but is not an optimal solution. Then I was asked to call Support, who told me to do a "master reset" of my phone. I don't see how that would help.How do I make it stop?Here's a screen recording. Keep your eye on the upper left:VIDEO
Please reference the following document:Account suspensions Please review this document for accuracy. I've been a customer for about a year an a half and have had lines on military suspend and those lines have not been billed. Customer Care and Corporate seem to be divided on how I should be billed. Some believe that per policy, lines on military suspend should not be charged taxes and fees and others believe I should be charged as normal (which defeats the purpose). From my experience, "Add A Lines" on military suspend ARE NOT billed. Lines that ARE a part of PROMOTIONAL rate plans ARE billed the normal monthly amount. For example, Unlimited Everything 2 Lines for $100, both the primary and secondary line would be billed if on military suspend but any $40 Add A Line would not. The article does imply that the above statement is true but it does not clearly state that: Monthly recurring charges: While on a military suspend, there are no monthly recurring charges, taxes, or suspend fees;
Hey Community - I am temporarily going to the Netherlands and currently have a T-mobile plan, including monthly payment of my phone. There is a T-mobile in the Netherlands. Is it possible to transfer my plan over to the T-mobile branch in The Netherlands? I will be there for a period of 6 months, depending on the how our new era will look like. Looking forward to hearing from you. Many thanks, Sammy
My address is xxxxxxxxxxx, 90010. I've been complaining that i get really slow data speed with 1 or 2 bars most of the time. I can't even streaming Pandora or Apple music. I can sometimes watch Youtube with144p Lowest picture quality. if i try 240p or 360p, then it starts buffer like crazy. I asked this to a Tmobile Rep before, then she told me i should switch to a different carrier. I guess i should do that. tmobile can't keep up with other carriers i believe. All of my other colleagues who uses Verizon have the fastest data speed of around 10 to 20 mbps. Sprint and AT&T get about 5 to 10 mbps. and guess what? my T-mobile gets , i don't know because, i can't even run a speedtest since the data speed is too slow to test. must be less than .50 mpbs. Many times i can't even open webpages. I use Iphone 11 pro and Samsung note 8. they both have the same problem. I am seriously thinking about switching to a different carrier. There's nothing you can do about this?
I sometimes have 5G at home, but it goes away after an hour or so. I get it more often upstairs, but it has happened all over the house. I understand why it comes and goes when I'm in the car, but I can't understand why it would be inconstant when I'm stationary.
Hi Everyone, Hope everyone is well right now. I looked and I found this question from a few years ago, but I wanted to verify it is still correct and make sure I understand the definitions involved. How many lines/devices can I have on my Magenta plan? What exactly counts as a line? Phone, iPad, Hotspot, etc. Example, I currently have 14 "lines". I have 10 phones, 3 iPads, and a Hotspot. How many can I have, and in what combination?Can I add any more voice lines? What about iPads, hotspots, or watches? I am just trying to understand my options. Thank you everyone and have a good week.
I started with T-Mobile prepaid back in July of last year. To refill online it cost me $.75 each time. I don’t know if that was a tax or a fee but I paid it. Starting this month however it is charging me $3.55 to refill which is a lot more. I called T-Mobile and the customer service rep can’t tell me why. She said it has to do with local state and city taxes but I told her we have no state and city taxes in New Hampshire. She could not help me. Does anyone know what these fees are? If I bought prepaid cards is that a way to avoid them?thank you
