Starting in May Auto Pay will only work a Debit Card or providing your Checking Account Number. This change is insanely dangerous for the Consumer. How can the Customers have any confidence T Mobile will protect this information? Especially given T Mobile’s recent data breach! If a hacker gets this information they could drain your Checking Account and the Customer will not have any recourse in getting their money back! Compare that with a Credit Card where you can report fraudulent use and get your money back. After being a loyal Customer with T Mobile for 23+ years I will have to rethink if T Mobile is the right company for me!
Hello! My business phone provider - which is handled by Spectrum Voip - displays my business name correctly at all of the other mobile providers, but for some reason it displays the name of a former employee when a T-Mobile number is called. I spoke with Spectrum and they confirmed that they have my business name properly listed on their end and informed me that the issue would then be on the receiving end. I spoke with T-Mobile customer support, and they told me that since I do not have a T-Mobile number that there is nothing that they can do??? I read through some of the other posts on this topic and it appears that there are 3rd party providers that could also be the cause, any guidance on how I could go about having this corrected with T-Mobile or 3rd parties is greatly appreciated.
Netflix just started charging for extra members but T-Mobile doesn’t have an option to add up two extra members to the Netflix plan for an additional fee of $7.99. Please add an option to add additional two Netflix members so I can take advantage of the T-Mobile Netflix discounts. Otherwise this discount is useless to me.
Autopay Account webpage doesn’t display correctly when using Firefox! Had to use Edge to change it so wouldn’t lose autopay discount.-Firefox is safer to use than Edge or Chrome.-Disappointed that T-Mobile no longer allows autopay by credit card so we could continue to get rewards from credit card company for payments to T-Mobile but sill get a discount for autopay.I couldn’t find anywhere on the website other than here to report this problem.I had to use Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox (safer) to retain my T-Mobile discount
A lot of complaints on phone trade in not honored. As a probable new customer, am I correct in this thought process. The promo says, up to $ 800 with trade. ™ says the trade in value is only $ 130.You get a reply saying your phones qualifies for only $ 100.That means the promo portion would be either $ 700, or $ 670.People are posting photos of a $ 100, when they expected $ 800.Won’t the promo part show up later.?It’s just not that clear.
I have a notification on my Credit report stating that I owe a debt collection agency money which is from T-mobile, and it has been sent to collections. I never received any information in regards to a debt before hand and I am still a current T-Mobile customer, OTHERWISE I would have paid it. I want to work with T-Mobile directly to pay off my debt. I do not want to contact the Debt Collection agency AGAIN. I have no problem at all paying off my debt, but I want this removed from my Credit report ASAP, because it is very damaging. I am very willing to work with T-Mobile to resolve this issue. I do not have Facebook or a Twitter. I would like to E-Mail directly or speak to someone over the phone. Thank you!!!
Can’t cancel my service without going into a physical T-Mobile store because IDK the 6-digit passcode I set it up with over a year ago. There’s really no possible way to confirm that I am me without a 6-digit code?Easy to sign-up, but hard to get out. 0/10 won’t ever recommend.Good luck getting anything more from me considering how the company has gone so far out of it’s way to financially mess with me previously and now again. Obviously should’ve learned the first time, but here we are for the last time.
For anyone requesting a replacement phone for a defective phone, you may want to consider opening a lost/stolen device claim instead of a defective replacement claim. Read your insurance documents to ensure this is true for you. They are provided on the Assurant claim site when filing a claim after entering your device details. For lost/stolen claims, you'll receive your replacement for the same deductible charged if you opened a defective device claim without the responsibility of returning the defective device back to Assurant. By responsibility, this means being responsible for any and all charges if the device does not make it back to Assurant. This charge for a non-returned item can be as much as half or more of the returned device's cost if purchased brand new If you have a tier 6 device, this can end up being a surprise charge of $600 on your phone bill that you'll be responsible for paying as Tmobile or any phone carrier using Assurant for the services can do nothing about excep
I'm going through a little problem which is making me cut off some things. Is it possible to keep home internet and stop T-Mobile phone line, I subscribed to T-Mobile home internet before agreeing to the phone plan. Any help will be appreciated.
I have been a customer of Tmobile for the last 16 years and have filed 3 claims 2 damaged phones and 1 stolen. I have paid $4,608.00 in total for insurance on my devices. $42,240.00 for phone service. I am beyond upset and no is not even the amount I am erroneously being charged by assurant through T-mobile. But is the scam that assurant is able to get away with! This is my story, I accidentally damaged my phone in September and filed a claim with assurant for this phone to be replaced, my claim was approved next day and I received my replacement. I sent the damaged phone back to assurant on September 14th and received a notification it was received September 17th in their York PA warehouse. I received a letter in November stating phone was not received, so I called assurant and their Rep stated that they had actually received the phone but the package had not been scanned in. Then I get a charge on my T-Mobile account in December stating assurant never received their damaged device. I
I have google authenticator enabled on my account, but T-mobile still allows SMS and secret questions as 2FA methods as well. This is not secure, especially after this week’s data theft. What’s the point of enabling google authenticator if it can be bypassed by selecting the DEFAULT of SMS 2FA?
So.. T Mobile is forcing Sprint customers to migrate accounts over to T Mobile. I attempted to migrate my account today, and was told I have to pay the balance of my current phone. As of now it appears that the migration has to be done by middle of March. Does anyone know what happens if the current phone has a balance?
I’m trying to pay my bill with debit card from European bank (the card is mine). I also have an account in US bank, but don’t want to use it, since I’m in Europe… I can’t use the EU card, the zip code here is unrecognizable by the system of T-mobile both online and when I call.
