T-mobile gives a locked phone when they say phone on us --- its a trap.Whats the point having a Iphone where one cannot use all features of the iphOne.

I Feel Cheated and Deceived with T-Mobile lies and false advertisement.

At kiosk inside Costco had checked and verified if I qualified for the free line offer and they signed me up after saying that I did qualify.  But T-Mobile kept charging me every month for that additional line.  When I contacted T-Mobile, initially they said I did qualify for the offer, and they would look into the matter, and they would fix it.   They also gave me credit on my account.  Month later when I didn’t hear from them, I saw the charges on my bill again, I called them back again.  They said the same thing and gave me credit again.  Third month, when I saw the charges again, I contacted T-mobile. This time they started telling me that there was no offer from T-Mobile like the one I was offered.  It must have been the store’s special offer and told me that I should talk to Costco to resolve the issue.  Costco Kiosk generated the incident ticket and told me after three months that T-mobile has resolved this issue and I should contact them but they wouldn’t tell me what the resol

Samsung S24 Pre-order Issues with Samsung

I am attempting to take advantage of the pre-order special for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra directly from Samsung.com because their offer is better than T-Mobile. Samsung.com is offering the same trade-in credit as T-Mobile but additional credits towards a Samsung Galaxy 6 Classic watch and Coverage.  So purchasing directly with Samsung.com is the far more lucrative route to go; however, despite the fact that I have a normal T-Mobile Go5g Plus plan, the Samsung website still keeps rejecting my attempts to complete purchase with the following error message: "Your account type is not supported on Samsung.com. Please see the non supported account types listed on the page." To reiterate, my account is not any one of the exempt types listed on that page and all of the rest of our phones utilize carrier finance without issue. Can someone please assist in trying to resolve this issue? Thank you!

I canceled my T-Mobile before and was sent a bill

So I canceled my T-Mobile either the end of July. My last bill was July 5th. I will send a bill of $103 in August and then a bill for $82 in September. I've been meaning to call but I've been very busy with school and full-time work. Today I received a bill for my debt collector for $82 because a T-Mobile. What is happening? I was told by the representative I wouldn't be charged again after I canceled. So why was I charge twice? And then one of them sent to a debt collector? I'm extremely furious.

Cannot get paramount plus promotion code

Has anyone found a solution to get the promotion code to generate at https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ParamountPlus??I typed in my T-Mobile phone number but nothing happens when I click “Continue”, like literally the only thing that happens is my number disappears.The other site I’ve been directed to is https://promotions.t-mobile.com/rebates. But that promotion code is required.

T-Mobile's approach to transparent customer service falls short on many of the basic tenets commonly used in the tech industry today. Rather than continue to gripe about the shortcomings, I thought it might serve me (and other T-Mobile customers) if we could address how a few changes could vastly improve the relationship between provider and customer and bridge the chasms the existing policy causes.Create a Trouble TicketWhen a call is made to T-Mobile continuity on follow-ups is severely lacking. The notes made by the "expert" cannot be seen by the customer to offer any assurance that when they are told something there is a record supporting that statement. Currently, when a customer calls back regarding a continuing issue they effectively must start from scratch explaining the issue and working their way through layers of repetitive question/answer sessions before getting to where they left off on the last call.This is a tremendous waste of everyone's time and is the most frustrating

Mystery Lines On Your Account

Hi, everyone. T Mobile has decided that they want me to let everyone know they should be checking their account immediately for unrecognized devices, lines, and higher bills.Nobody in our household has iPhones, but just today I was notified about a DIGITS promo that had been incorrectly applied to my account. As it turns out, T Mobile had allowed someone to add a new line and device on to my account without my knowledge. The best part is, they had been using DIGITS for some unknown reason. Perhaps it is to steal my information, perhaps it is to spam people from my phone number. In any case, customer service did remove it from my account right away, but my bill (after adjustment) is yet still $10 higher than it was last month. This kind of security breach must be something I am responsible for. They have so far been completely silent, and I am wondering what it is going to take for them to make this right. prepaid cancellation refund

i have over $190 remaining in my pre-paid acct. & the money simply disappeared afterwards. I’d have no issue using the remaining toward a purchase of device or some sort, but  it just simply disappeared. This term non-refundable term is a complete scam. The nob-refundable amount should be limited within the billing cycle or 60 days of the cancellation. what if the customer had emergency & had to cancel the service when there is a large amount in the acct?

what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?

I just read that you don’t like to pay for us using our credit card.How would you feel if someone wiped out our bank accounts and we sued you for all the money that was stollen. How much would that save you?Or we stopped using Auto pay all together and had you mail out a statement every month. The credit card is the safest method for all of us. Thieves are everywhere even in your company.Perhaps switching to a different carrier is what you want instead. Does this help you with profits?Profits is the only thing this is about.  Perhaps we all should get rid of our cell phones and go back to the way it was. We all pay way too much for our cell phones already.I would think twice about what you think you are saving.

Anyone else get double charged for Autopay in May?

I have been a T-Mobile customer since the company started and I just signed up for TMO ONE at the urging of a sales rep... now I have been charged twice for my bill and am $19 away from getting an overdraft fee at my bank.  Trying to figure out if this was an isolated incident or if it happened to other people.  I will not risk going through this ordeal again and will remove myself from the TMO ONE program if it's widespread.  Also, I expect T-Mobile to reimburse any bank charges I incur due to this error.  Please comment if you were charged twice too!

It’s time T-Mobile publicly discloses to  its customers exactly what data was breached and what steps T-Mobile is taking to relieve its customers of T-Mobile’s simple or gross negligence in this breach.At the very lease, because its customers’ IMEI numbers appear to have been released to the public, T-Mobile should agree to IMMEDIATELY OFFER TO REPLACE ALL OF ITS CUSTOMERS’ PHONES WITH NEW, NOT REFURBISHED (i.e. phones with already used IMEI numbers), PHONES IDENTICAL TO THE PHONES ITS CUSTOMERS HAD PRIOR TO T-MOBILE’S NEGLIGENCE.This situation puts all of T-Mobile’s customers in danger of identity fraud and misappropriation and the release of private and privileged information.  This was the fault of T-Mobile and T-Mobile alone. Will T-Mobile stand up for its customers or throw them under the bus?

Tmobile trade in is SCAM

T mobile trade in is definitely a scam or useless reps that promised resolutions to just get you off the phone.  I have port in and trade in my phones from Verizon in Sept 2022.  They advertised and promised the trade-in amounts.  Processed at store in Sept and somehow one of the trade in was linked to wrong line.  Rep at store claim it is not an issue for the promotion etc.  Ever since then, i had called customer care and spoken to over 10 reps since Sep and still have not been corrected by T mobile.  So, beware when you decide to port in or trade in your phone in Tmobile.. You may never see the credits/promotions promised.

Oops, no experts at all and YES a 'SNAG"

Its been almost 2 weeks now, I have spoken to a dozen not-experts and a supervisor. I am starting to believe the Jip (jump) program is a scam. Supervisors promise everything but a solution or any real compensation. I have honored my end by paying my bills and signing up on what is offered; unfortunately the new(lame) tmobile isnt honoring their end of the deal.

tax exempt

In my State, Oklahoma I am a veteran with tax exemption. It is illegal for a company who does business in state to charge sales tax for those of us with the tax card. I have had nothing but a run around trying to setup up my account to be tax exempt.I even went to a corporate store which I can purchase things tax free but they have no idea how to make online purchases tax exempt. I have spent hours on chat support with them having no idea how to do it. The best I got so far is that I'll have to wait till my order ships and contact someone somewhere somehow and maybe get a bill credit. The problem is, as I said above it is illegal for a company who does business in Oklahoma to charge sales tax so getting a bill credit after the fact is not the same or legal.I have been with almost every other cell carrier they all have a simple process to fill out a form and all purchases in store and online do not charge tax.Same goes for every business but T-Mobile! unfortunately t mobile has stopped

just last week this ERROR MESSAGE “unfortunately t mobile has stopped” started popping up on 2 of my 5 phones. I cannot find a true fix for this online. I went to a T-mobile store and the Rep told me that maybe I need to pay my bill. I told him my bill is paid in full. He than took a look at my 2 phones and said that if I upgrade my phones that this ERROR would go away. He could not fix my phones and told me that it is a phone problem. I told him that it is a T-mobile software problem and T-mobile needs to fix their software. I left and came home to contact T-mobile for a fix. I am waiting on a callback in 45 minutes. I am putting this problem out there is there a real fix for this ERROR “unfortunately t mobile has stopped”

Hello:  Could anyone provide me all the addresses, emails, and other contact methods I can use to send a complaint to t-mobile?I have the Customer Relations address for Albuquerque NM.  I need more. *  I have been an impeccable customer of T-Mobile for 15 continuous years.  *  We want to open a Senior Plan account, my husband applied for his own t-mobile account.  During the "phoned in" application process, he was told there "was an issue"  with his information.  He was told to go into a T-mobile store and present his official photo id (Driver's License and official Social Security Card.  He did. *  The store rep faxed it to the t-Mobile FRAUD dept per Activations dept instruction.*  We received a letter 3 weeks later stating "The principal reasons your scores did not qualify include:  UNABLE TO VERIFY CUSTOMER IDENTITY"*  I called t-mobile who stated to me that they did a credit inquiry and could not verify the customer identity.  No other info was provided.  The t-mobile customer ser

$5 auto-pay discount, T-Mobile's breach of contract

When I joined T-Mobile, I signed a contract that binds me to their regulations.It seems that contract is one way, and only applies to me, not T-Mobile.The removal of the $5 auto-pay discount using a credit card is a breach of contract on T-Mobile’s part.This company is regularly hacked. Do you really think I want to leave my banking info on their site?Besides, my credit card gives me perks for paying my cell phone bill, helping me bring the outrageously high price we pay for a so-so service.Count me in for the class action law suit!

Failing to receive 2FA authentication sms from multiple sources

For some odd reason every time I request a token to login to some accounts, I'm not receiving any sms texts. I tried other phones and with other wireless provider and it does work. Is this happening to any other TMO users/accounts?TMO should really investigate this issue.

Visual Voicemail Not Working Due to Pin Entry Issue

I have recently switched to Tmobile and found that my Voicemail was still being recorded after a missed call, but I couldn't access any of the voicemail messages.  I just downloaded Visual Voicemail, and the app asked me to enter a new pin number after downloading. The app yielded a message stating that my pin could not be updated when I entered a number combination, and also provided a separate message stating that my phone number could not be used when I entered the last 4 digits of my number. The app provides instruction that the number #793# can be entered to return the pin to the last 4 digits of the user's phone number, but this is not possible as there is no means to enter the # character from the keyboard provided, and the # character cannot be pasted into the pin field.  Please advise.

Unable to log into My tmobile

I've been trying to log into My Tmobile for 6 hours to pay my bill. If I try to log in with my phone number it said the information is incorrect. If I try to log in with my email address it tells me to enter a phone number to link to my account. If I enter my phone number it tells me that it's incorrect. If I try a password reset it tells me my phone number is incorrect. If I try to set up a new account it tells me my phone number is incorrect. I've had the same phone number for 12 years. I'm able to make and receive calls, send and receive texts, and data is working just fine.
